Do not order a Cesar salad from this place if it’s for delivery. They NEVER give you dressing. Which is insane because that’s what makes a Cesar salad a CESAR SALAD!! It’s just dry lettuce and chicken crumbles! Not enjoyable!

I ordered a chicken quesadilla wrap and it was soggy and moist and cold.
If anything a chicken quesadilla should be hot. Can you explain why a chicken quesadilla comes out soggy the wrap is pretty much falling apart and cheese is not melted. I was disgusted this is not okay. I would think that it’s the team members job to ensure the food that they are serving is done and presented with care.

I was hoping to get something quick and easy after a long day at work. Although the food was decent I cannot forget the horrible attitude by the employee Dayanna. I asked for a number 4 with no tomatoes and I was literally shocked by the very rude and sarcastic response from her stating “you should have just order number 3 and add what you want. She wouldn’t make eye contact but that did not stop me from seeing her eye roll from my order. I’ve never seen an employee so inconvenienced by a customer. I hope this is not normal behavior by Dayanna

This location is convenient because it is on my way home. I have been here multiple times. I usually order through, and the app and pick it up in store. Usually, there aren’t any issues, but quality control is needed. The app advertises products that are not in the store. Someone needs to fix that because it is disappointing to arrive at the store and be offered something completely different. On this occasion, I wanted to try the ropa vieja tonstones. I received the most uncut largest pieces of onions and peppers. I am aware that food doesn’t always look as advertised, but someone didn’t even try. The appearance of the food instantly made me mad. I’m still mad.

Update: Review would have been deleted & all forgiven by simply replacing my inedible food. Explained with old food as proof, had to get in line which was fine. Made it to the register but manager disappeared. Waited a long time on the side. Had to ask for manager again. Finally she came and everything was corrected. No one should be made to feel guilty for asking for what they paid for. I know staffing is tough right now which is why I always have manners and use my library voice even if not deserved. Airport location should provide the training.

And the wrap was definitely crumbling before being wrapped and sold with the same dry old overcooked chicken as the wrap. Please do better instead of wasting peoples money and time.

Went there and got a wrap that had cold cheese n dry hard chicken along with it being made wrong and they’re soda machine was down so they poured me some strawberry lemonade from a jug and then charged me extra for the drink. Just terrible pollo. Never again will I buy from pollo. Last straw for me

-all 4 ribs are so not fresh like they been in a refrigerator or something and they just microwaved it it tasted awful
-rice was the same so bad
