I don’t usually review a McDonald’s, but this one is an exception. I went to this location for a little breakfast while waiting for my dog to be done at the groomer. There was a part of me that said just order through the app and eat it in my truck. But I’m glad I didn’t! The staff here was probably the friendliest I’ve seen at a McDonald’s. They knew a lot of the customers by name, greeted everyone that came in and it seemed like a local mom and pop restaurant the way they moved around and treated everyone. It was clean and will definitely return. Keep up the good work.

Don’t even waste your time here. Rude employees should be fired! So my daughter and I are staying one block from this location. We ordered a deal through my mobile app. We decided to walk since it was nice outside. We walked over to the establishment and as we were walking up to the door, I noticed it was empty and I told my daughter I think it’s closed. I peered through the window to see if anyone was able to answer how to cancel the order. This man walks up the side (appeared to be maintenance) saying we are closed. So we started walking away from the door and he screams “We’re closed!” Okay, I heard him. I say “oh sorry” and we walked to the other end of the side walk to walk back. As we pass him, he screams at us!!! “WE’RE CLOSED!!”. I say “jeez, we heard you the first time!”. There was no sense in being yelled at. Google says they were open, there was not one sign on the door, and that is definitely not how you should treat people!
Didn’t know how to cancel so ended up having to drive all the way to the other location that is in Morehead near Walmart. They were super helpful and able to allow me to get the order due to the app saying it was already redeemed. Just the fact I wouldn’t have wasted my time to drive the 30 mins there and back.

We grabbed a quick lunch. They still put cooked onions on your cheeseburger. Yummy! We shared the chocolate chip cookies, they were delicious, still warm and gooey!

I had really bad service with a girl with dark hair she was emo I think and very rude. A friend asked if we have to stand and wait for dine in food and she said “no” being sarcastic then continued to say “of course you wait” she was very rude and not compatible to work in this restaurant. I assure u next time I see her working in there I will exchange mean words to her so I advise the manager fire her before I come back. Thanks. Food was fire tho

They honestly can not accommodate a sple request for a printed receipt with prices on it. Made order through the app and needed a printed receipt for office documentation. The person who brought my order out rolled her eyes at me and was rude. The manager is no better. Then, I got frustrated because my request was not unreasonable as a customer. If you want to be treated with respect, skip this location.

This is honestly the best service I’ve ever been to and cleanest McDonald’s I’ve probably ever seen. I have an onion allergy. they went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t get sick, and took the time to get the box for the food to check properly for onions. Outstanding and great attitudes! I truly appreciate it and will be returning.
