First time trying Five Guys Plano East after seeing their TV ad. Ordered a double cheeseburger with mushrooms, grilled onions, and jalapeños, plus their famous fries. The burger seems a bit smaller than I remember from before, but it was still tasty. The fries were excellent, and they definitely give you plenty. Overall, a solid and satisfying meal.

Five Guys absolutely deserves five stars. The food is always fresh, hot, and made exactly how you want it. The burgers are juicy and full of flavor, the fries are perfectly cooked, and you can taste the quality in every bite. The restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly and fast, and the overall atmosphere just feels welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely one of the best burger spots out there — worth every visit.

Usually hits! But we spent $50 on 3 BACON burgers and a large fry. Yes FIFTY dollars. And for that much, not a single burger had bacon on it. So disappointed!!! Burger was not the same without it!!

First time here. I was impressed with the food overall. Fresh ingredients and made to order. Burger was very good. I got a double cheeseburger with mustard and jalapenos. The jalapenos were raw so they had a nice kick but there were only three on the burger. Also, the patties were pretty small. They are a little stingy on the toppings. The fries were some of the best I’ve ever had and I don’t even like fries that much. I like that they are cooked in peanut oil. I was disappointed they didn’t have onion rings, however. The dining area is no frills and could have been cleaner. My pants hems got a little nasty from the floor. The ladies room needs a good scrubbing. They have a small outdoor dining area that looked pleasant. Some of the music they were playing was dreadful. Employees are adequate at their jobs but not overly friendly. Menu is very limited. Prices are too high for what you get. Overall, I think they’re overrated but I might be willing to go back.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Five Guys in Plano. I ordered a Classic Combo Bacon Burger, which should include toppings, fries, and a milkshake. What I got was a plain dry burger—just two beef patties and a slice of bacon between buns. No toppings. No fries. No milkshake.
Here’s the key issue: I never said I didn’t want toppings. In fact, toppings are a normal part of any Five Guys burger. It’s common sense—who eats two plain meat patties with bread and nothing else? Even in our group of four, another person who ordered the same combo got all the correct toppings. So how did mine end up like this?
It’s not my fault that your staff failed to listen or input the order correctly. I shouldn’t have to double-check every detail at the counter when I’m ordering for a group. To make it worse, I tipped 5% expecting decent service, but there was no offer to fix the mistake or refund what I clearly didn’t receive.
I’ve attached a photo to show what they handed me. For nearly $13, this is laughable. Do better.

Today hubby and I had a lunch date. We enjoyed the delicious food. Hubby got a Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and Mayo and regular fries. I got the Grilled Cheese with grilled onions, bacon, a patty, and Mayo and Cajun Fries. We both got a large drink I got Dr. Pepper and he got Mellow Yellow. We didn’t get hakes this time but have had their shakes before and they are delicious. Friendly staff that greets you when you walk in. Delicious lunch to grab with the love of your life 10/10 recommend.

I had 2 visits here and both of my visits were bad experiences.
First, I ordered and I waited for my order for 40-45 mins and found out they left out order.
Second, I went in to purchase a simple gift card and they gave me an attitude.
Both times the workers who took my order gave me an attitude. Wasn’t sure if they just are having bad days but I think any fast food chained restaurants should train their employees to treat their customers as top priority.
General manager here should really consider a change in management.

I did not order tomatoes on my burger but my burger had tomatoes and my milkshake flavor was wrong.
