Gt to he luxe box and a chalupa. The crunch wrap was good. Chalupa was good.
There was almost nothing in my soft taco. Just a tiny bit of meat and a few pieces of sad lettuce. I think they forgot the cheese.
Most of my nacho chips where small broken pieces. The cheese container was full so I dipped my chalupa in it because there weren’t enough whole chips.
Even though it didn’t look like anything was leaking, the bottom of my bag was wet with something

This is the second time i ordered the crunch wrap supreme and got no meat on it. I bit into it and tasted cheese tomato lettuce and no meat . I ordered this a third time thinking maybe the second time I got no meat because I ordered it in the Taco Bell box . So I ordered again thinking get the combo like I did the first time . And I still got a wish meat crunch wrap supreme.

Food is fine and service is hit or miss but you can 1 or 2 cars in the drive through and somehow it will take 20 minutes to get your food.

This is the WORST taco bell I’ve ever experienced!!! They do not care! I just got food delivery and my Mexican pizza was oozing out all over the bag and inedible, my cheesy gordita crunch isn’t even a cheesy gordita crunch!I straight up can identify what they gave me but the shell was also broken and oozing out. I don’t not believe it was the delivery drivers fault because the bag was completely sealed, just with a giant mess of things I didn’t even order all over! I ordered out because I’m not feeling well and didn’t have the energy to make dinner, and now I’m just so frustrated and angry I could cry. Years ago when I had a car, they always messed up my order at the drive-in and were always rude about any substitutions or changes made to items, one time the manager actually screamed at me over a substitution that is available on their website and had been made at every other location I’ve ever been to (it was also when i was vegetarian, they DO NOT CARE)! I should’ve checked the address before ordering UE, I thought it was the one in Kearny by the Walmart, GO THERE INSTEAD. thank you to uber eats for refunding my inedible ruined order, unfortunately I’m still sick and starving right now.

Unfortunately this location is one of the worse in the entire state of New Jersey . Between the long wait lines over 30 mins for an order whether it’s mobile or drive thru or in restaurant , There’s only one employee there that actually cares about her job and the food they’re serving . Do better and the bigger girl that works the front and drive thru just replace smh nasty attitude equals less customers

The tacos here are the worst. They barely put any ingredients in it. Taco Bell has fell off and this store signifies it. Ever since they have been on Uber eats you get barely any cheese or tomatoes or lettuce. They want you to pay 1 dollar for extra everything just so you can have a normal taco. Corporate doesn’t care either. It’s a lost cause. Best thing to do is boycott Taco Bell till they decide to change and be better.

The service is always prompt & polite.The food is mostly consistently good also.I gave 4 stars due to one of my last visits.I asked for freezes and I received sodas instead..? And my regular order wasn’t made how I liked it,but tasty still.

Every time I go here they ask customers to pull over or back up in drive thru to beat the time, They are terrible, I always get the steak bowl, However, it has never had these ingredients & then I also had ranch dressing on it, threw it in the garbage, called Corporate office & I was offered $5, no thank you, I paid more, just don’t spend your money because it will be a waste & you’ll still be hungry
