I thought using the app was for expediency and accuracy, my experience has been the exact opposite. I find I still wait 7 to 10 minutes for my order only for it to be wrong too often. There’s a young kid that works at this location that doesn’t know the difference between raspberry and strawberry. It is irrationally annoying to repeatedly unsatisfactorily settle and PAY for what you do NOT want.
After reading SEVERAL reviews that span over a significant period of time, this location has had reoccurring issues with long wait times and wrong orders. The owner or manager is responding to complaints so they’re aware yet these issues still persist. Please get it together, please pay attention, or JUST DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

First we order, we specifically ask if we can pay with a gift card. Then 20 minutes go by and we click the order button again they say they will come out. 10 minutes go by and finally my sister goes inside to ask for the card reader. Then they finally come out and they are having trouble with the gift card. They go inside and after 10 minutes come out saying none of their card readers work and ask if we have cash I told them I specifically asked if they could accept the gift card and that we don’t have cash and they just turned around and went inside. It was incredibly rude and I felt disrespected. Never going back. Theyve lost a loyal costumer

20 minutes and still no food. Car pulls up next to me ordered after me and got their food before me, even though it was wrong. Also the car hop is rude and very unprofessional. Had the nerve to say she was go fight me and the staff is heard on the speaker for her not to approach my car. Tim or Jim stepped up to handle things, but you can not excuse an employee like that.

Worst Sonic ever. I’ve lived close to this Sonic for 20 years and it just keeps getting worse every time I go (which is rare). The food quality, the service, and the wait time are all unacceptable. I waited 20 minutes the other day for drinks. Not even difficult drinks, but just fountain drinks. If you order food, be prepared for it to look and taste like it was sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours. They can’t keep employees it seems. This place should just be bulldozed because it’s awful.

Bro, waited 30 min for food, we had a gift card, tried to pay with it, my friend had to get out of the car and go into the store for them to SERVE us and remind them we were still waiting……after the food was ready and they literally had it in front us it felt taunting then cause we didn’t have cash they wouldn’t give to us, because randomly their card reader stopped working, and we had to remind them multiple times we were there. It should have been free such a waste of time, also we could have just paid on the machine because that card reader WORKED on that..but they brought a scanner out instead and only were trying to get us to pay there. After we said we didn’t have cash, they just turned around and like left so aggressively It was so unnecessary and RIDICULOUS bro after you get that smell of food it’s evil idc, to take away after all the issues and slowness

Disrespectful and nasty. Ordered food for lunch, my boyfriend picked it up. Was supposed to be no onions on the burger and onion rings. Well of course it had onions and the onion were so burnt they wouldnt even come off the onion.
I called immediately and they told me to come back, I was in class and told them I wouldn’t be back until the next day on my lunch break, I get here and they’re giving me a thousand percent of the runaround.
Finally the manager came in & stepped in and reassured me it would be taken care of. The other staff was acting like I was asking for free food when I just wanted what I payed for the previous day.

We have been waiting here for an hour. What did we order? A mini milkshake and a soft twist pretzel. What even is this? We paid and then the guy said it would be a minute, a minute has passed, 30 minutes have passed, an hour is literally about to pass. Where is my food? what are y’all doing in there? and the moment we got the food. my pretzel was burnt. and I didn’t even get the right shake. DO NOT COME HERE.

I’m not the type to leave reviews, but this place is horrible! Takes years to get food and the service is bad. Came the day before wanting to grab some food and the person on the speaker was very rude, decided to try to give another chance today. However I guess they just suck all the time.
