My husband and I went here for an anniversary dinner. First time here so I went online and made reservations. When we arrived no one had greeted us so we walked up to someone and told them we had a reservation. They seated us outside and that was nice. You have a nice view of the street and buildings across the street. Then the wait..one waitress goes and helps another couple who came after us meanwhile we waited for someone to “notice us”. Were wrong invisible? Then someone did. This place didn’t feel welcoming. Food tasted okay. Also overpriced for alot of things. I expected more to be honest. The only part I enjoyed was spending that time with my husband. Most likely won’t revisit based on the fact we were being ignored most of the time. Also there wasn’t many people there, it was a Sunday and 2 other families were there with 3 waitresses.

This was our first time visiting BanC house, and we were impressed with so many things here! First, the menu is incredible. There are so many great choices, some unique ones at that, and it was nice to see how many gluten-friendly options there were too. Whether you’re looking for BBQ or seafood, you’re in for a treat. Everything is fresh, and the portions are extremely generous for the price! We felt like we were eating somewhere down south with how exceptional the bbq dishes were. The service also stood out to us – not only were the servers attentive, but we also tried the crab legs, and the they were kind enough to show us the best way to eat them. Very nice vibe in the dining room, and the covered patio and bar areas looked cozy too. All around a great experience!

Loved the idea of a bbq/seafood fusion, unfortunately our first visit was a let down. We ordered the crab cakes, hot lobster roll and the Asian short rib. Only one we would order again would be the beef. Lobster roll was $37 for 4oz with a few pieces of cartilage in the meat, no good pieces and dry. Crab cakes reminded us of thanksgiving stuffing with minimal small pieces of crab here and there. Potatoes with the short rib needed more butter and came out not that warm, same as the carrots, bourbon was overkill on carrots as well. The short rib and the sauce on that was very good, otherwise rather bummed for what we paid for. Also, wasn’t busy but plates took long to get picked up off the table, making the table cluttered. Atmosphere and music were enjoyable.

Graham is theeee best bartender – waiter – best all around customer service!! Banc House has a great menu and food is top notch. The cocktails are also great that Graham pours. Everything at Banc House keeps us coming back.

I was recommended to eat here by a buddy of mine who said the best BBQ spot around. Now, when I went, it was around 12p. on a Friday. Friendly staff, but the food was slightly warm, not really hot as if it was freshly made. I sat on the outside, which has a nice vibe, but the chairs are really not made for the slightly overweight person. Never encountered that at a restaurant. It was me and two others, which they agreed the chairs were very uncomfortable to sit in on the exterior. The food was a 7 out of 10 in my books. I have to try it again as my first experience wasn’t what I thought it would be. The waiter forgot to put in the order for my buddy, which made it disrespectful for my other buddy and I to start eating when our food arrived at the table. I really do think I have to give this restaurant another shot as I think it was just a bad day.

Todd was our great server who provided excellence in customer service. The food was pretty decent, the grits for the shrimp and grits could be a bit more and more proportionate. The cornbread was pretty good, but could be left in longer for a more golden brown color. Tried the brisket as well and it was okay.

Met some friends here when they were in town for Parent’s weekend. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I arrived ahead of everyone else and they allowed me to go straight to the table. My friends arrived and our server showed her personality. Noel. Jokes were made about ‘the first Noel’ and she responded with expertise! The group got appetizers such as fried broccoli and fried pickles. (PICS) They were awesome. I opted for the pulled chicken sandwich which was very nicely smoked and tasty. (ALSO PIC) I piled the chicken on the bun with the included cole slaw, which was flavorful, but the bun folded with all that moisture. That’s my only negative. Very small negative all in all. I loved the whole experience, our server, and the food was wonderful. Definitely will go back!!!

Best restaurant i have ever Eaten at and our waitress was so amazing. She was on point with every single dish she recommended and even the dessert, she was so friendly and kept checking on us which i have never had. She was so awesome. She even came back to thank us for her tip. We will be back and hope to have her as our waitress again.

Food was good, a great place to get a wide variety of things from seafood to BBQ. It’s a one of those place I take friends from out of town to experience everything. Atmosphere was nice with the chalkboard with paper table covers. Advice, know the folks cleaning the table or bringing the water as they are the only folks who pay attention with fulfilling your request, refills, the check etc. as the place gets busy. Parking, no issue as there is street and garage parking.

It was our first time here. My family took me for my birthday. We sat outside for the fact that we had a toddler with us. The atmosphere was very nice. It’s very casual.
