You could have been in a small cafe in Italy inside! Superb food and friendly happy staff. And the smell of the pinsa and dough baking was amazing. Really good authentic Italian Pinsa and a delicious variety on the menu. Awesome decor.

My friend took me to Bbuona for after work dinner and drinks and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was so lively, cozy, and fun with all sorts of pizzas to choose from. The variety was really impressive and they even had brand new pizzas (I tried the new Panchetta e Pistachio and my friend had the Tartufo) that we shared. The pizzas were gorgeous, tasted fresh and savory and I was really impressed with the variety and would go back again just to sample more! The desserts though were really tasty, pretty, and again had so much variety—we were so happy they had a biscuit sharing platter we could sample! Also, they were able to cater to my friend who doesn’t drink with excellent mock-cocktails and the bar had my favorite Italian cider Angioletti (try it, it is lush)!
The service was also amazing, with the staff being very attentive and really patient in explaining the types of mocktail flavors, dessert ingredients etc. The staff even had put roses on the table for Valentines Day week which was super sweet. Kiara was an especially lovely star who answered all our dining questions and was so warm and welcoming to the restaurant. It was a really lively and busy Thursday night but she made sure we didn’t wait for our pizzas and checked on us regularly and was really nice and accommodating. Thanks again Kiara for such great service—totally coming back with more friends!

Bbuona left us with mixed feelings. We ordered a pizza with mozzarella and pistachios — it was tasty, though a bit greasy, and unfortunately the cheese on top was cold. We also tried the desserts — a croissant and a cheesecake, which were quite good.
What impressed us the most was the service. It was truly amazing — we were served by a very friendly and attentive young woman who created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a lovely surprise, we were also treated to a complimentary tiramisu and hot chocolate.

Best gluten free pizza (pinsa) I have ever had!!! With the exception of a couple of topings most one the pinsas can be made gluten free! They told me they have a separate oven for the gluten free pizzas and the chefs change their gloves to keep them safe!! The best!!
My husband and daughter had the normal gluten ones and they said they were super delicious too!!!

A simple and straightforward cafe with friendly efficient service. The pinsa base is excellent. Crispy outside and good inner texture. The toppings taste fresh. There was a variety of tasty fresh fruit juices in bottles that my grandchildren enjoyed.

The BEST gluten free meal. They got it so right with the crispiness of the crust and the freshness of the ingredients. It tasted so authentically Italian and I can’t wait to come back and try more. The service was really friendly, they explained they have a separate oven to avoid cross contamination for my coeliac partner. Would definitely recommend!
