10/10!!! Service was outstanding, Octavio and Paolo are the best! Our margaritas were so fresh and perfect and delicious (as always) and the vibes are elite. Music not too quiet not too loud, love the candles and warm lighting and ambience, also LOVE when a restaurant is warm and cozy in the winter. Very happy about our experience and will be back very soon!!

We had a fantastic experience at Las Brisa’s Mexican Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Everything came out hot and beautifully presented.
Our server Paolo was amazing — so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. He went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable.

Long time customer and was pleasantly surprised to find out they now offer brunch. We tried menudo, benny tostada’s, ranchero omelette, and mini breakfast. All were great and we loved it! Will definitely be back again for their brunch.

Had a great meal at Las Brisas. We tried items off the seasonal menu, the fresh corn and poblano quesadilla, the strawberry and tamerin refresher and the pumpkin flautas. All super delicious. I wish they were part of the normal menu. The ambience here is always very pleasant and our server Paolo was very attentive. Great date night here in Edmonds.

We ducked in on a rainy afternoon and had the most wonderful time! We got a table with a fireplace to warm up and we had great views of the flowers on the patio. The happy hour mezcal margaritas are excellent and come out quickly. We got the grande nachos, guacamole, and a really amazing spinach tamale with verde salsa. There are tons of vegetarian and vegan options and our waiter, Luis, made sure that we had everything we needed to get in on the great happy hour deals before 6pm rolled around. After a while, he put on Monday Night Football so we could watch the game while we sipped our drinks. The atmosphere was so cozy and beautiful and we’ll be back soon to try all of the seasonal menu options. I can’t recommend Las Brisas highly enough!!

This was the spot where my partner and I had our first date, and we’ve made it a tradition to come back every year since! The restaurant is clean, the food here is fantastic, and the decor and ambience are perfect for a nicer dinner! Our server this time was Paolo and he did a fantastic job! Pictured is the 1 Tamale, 1 Enchilada combo. They have lots of vegetarian options as well!

My friend and I got the enchiladas and chile verde and just have to say… THEY WERE AMAZING! The service was so nice, giving good recommendations, and being quick with their food. Chipotle fries were crispyyyy and had good seasoning. The free salsa and chips were scrumptious and the enchiladas were the star of my night! The verdes were really good!! 10/10/10/10!!!!!
