I recently visited Pitattis after receiving vouchers from their marketing team. We were excited to check it out, but unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

From the very start, our server (I don’t remember her name, but she had a pixie cut) came off extremely rude. When we asked if she could check with her manager to confirm whether we could use both of our vouchers, she sighed, walked away shaking her head, and clearly showed irritation. It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

What made it more disappointing is that we were the only two guests in the restaurant at the time. You would expect attentive and welcoming service, but instead, the attitude continued throughout our visit.

There was also visible frustration when we asked to split the check. After checkout, she slammed our cards down on the table without saying thank you or acknowledging us for coming in. There was no appreciation for our business at all. It honestly felt dismissive and disrespectful.

The only positive part of the experience was the hostess, who was kind and professional. Unfortunately, the service from our server completely overshadowed the rest of the visit. It was just sad to experience.

I genuinely wanted to enjoy this place, but based on this visit, I wouldn’t come back to this location. I did truly enjoy the short rib pasta and just want to believe the other location will be better.

I had the short rib pasta. It had such a rich flavor. It was very good and filling. The flavors just all meshes well together. 10/10 recommend.

First time at Piatti and we will definitely be back! The place was immaculate and service was on point. The chicken Mattone with broccolini was the best chicken I’ve had anywhere. We also had the Chicken Alfredo Lumache and the pasta is made in-house. Great atmosphere and was a nice quiet spot for a romantic date.

Came here on a Saturday for lunch. Great customer service. We had ciabatta sourdough, Caesar salad, linguine with clams, short rib sugo and tiramisu for dessert. My daughter loved her black linguine and clams. I might have to try it next time or for dinner.

This time around, they dropped the ball this time. We arrived to an empty restaurant. It was 3pm just on time for the “Aperativo Hr” There was no one at the front to greet us. The door slammed pretty hard & loud. Still, no one showed up. We walked inside to see if it was open for business. Someone saw us, and we got sat immediately. Our server took great care of us during the experience. Then came the food we started with the Burrata. The cheese was nice and creamy but some of the tomatoes had a fizzy taste/ feel to them. We noticed it towards the middle of the plate, so we just hoped for the best. I ordered the Prawn Spaghetti. In reality, it was Spaghetti with like 5 Medium Shrimp. I was a little disappointed. I love my pasta to be Al dente… This was a little crunchy at the beginning but softened up with the broth at the end. The Spritz was refreshing. Idk if they were having an off day. They’re usually really good all around. But this time, it wasn’t to their standards.

Quaint Brunch. I enjoyed a refreshing French 75 & the others ordered wine & other drinks. The lasagna looked huge & i was told it was delicious. I had the seared salmon Benedict and it was perfect not too heavy. The farmers’ Omlet I was told was delicious & may I say looked like ot would fill a growing boy up along with the table bread lol.

Amazing service. Staff was very accommodating to allow a large, last minute group of hungry 9yr old boys just finishing a soccer tournament win. They allowed us all to sit together and remained consistent in their service from the moment we arrived. Thanks for letting us build some amazing memories for our family!

Found this restaurant randomly googling what was in the area and stumbled upon this gem. We’re big into Italian and this place immediately shot up our list as one of our fav spots after trying it. The food was amazing. We got a little bit of everything but we absolutely fell in love with the fettuccine Alfredo, the short rib, and the ciopinno (don’t mind the photos, we had already dug in before thinking of taking pics haha). Def coming back.
