I did enjoy the food, I went for the tandoori rishtey which was the steak, moti fries, house salad and a peppercorn sauce. The steak was well cooked just as I wanted it, juicy and not too chewy. The moti fried were nice with the sauce on them. Peppercorn sauce was too thick for me, it’s usually a little more runny.
The mocktails, I got the passionfruit one it was quite nice, well mixed. We got shisha as well but I can’t review that since I don’t smoke.
The outdoor type seating is very nice, the fire pit and the fire towers kept us warm a bit, blankets provided. It was cold but we chose to sit there so can’t really complain. However would definitely only sit there in the summer only.

First visit with my friends over the holidays in December . We wanted a nice place with good food and a girly catch up and this is definitely the one . It was very quite when we arrived as they must of just opened and went for 2 pm but we absolutely loved it the peace and whole place to ourself before it started getting busy . My experience at Noir was awful from start to finish and unfortunately ruined what was meant to be a birthday meal with my family. It honestly felt like a scene out of Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay yelling in the background.
We waited around 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. No one asked whether we wanted starters and mains together, and after our starter arrived, we waited another 30 minutes for our mains. Eventually, it became clear they had forgotten our order entirely, while other tables that arrived after us were served first.
When the food finally arrived, around half of it was cold, which only added to the frustration after such a long wait.
I ordered the bhai’s brisket, which I would strongly not recommend. It was not brisket at all, it was essentially curry and rice. The taste was extremely unpleasant and tasted like nail varnish. It was completely inedible. I told the supervisor that this is not brisket, and she insisted that it was, claiming that customers say this all the time. If they are aware that many customers have the same complaint, why haven’t they improved the recipe or changed it? I’ve attached a photo of the “brisket” and would genuinely like to know how this qualifies as brisket.
The supervisor’s handling of the situation was chaotic, unprofessional, and disrespectful. She went back and forth repeatedly, first offering a 10% discount, then saying no discount, then suggesting a free item, and then saying no item could be offered. She was even laughing at us, acting as if we were stupid, and clearly had no idea what she was saying, which made the entire experience even more frustrating and absurd.
To make matters worse, when I asked about chopsticks for the sushi, she first said she forgot, then claimed she had no more left. Ten minutes later, she came back saying she had just found some and asked if we needed them. What was supposed to be a luxury dining experience felt disorganized and far from luxury.
When I asked to swap the dish, I was told I would need to pay for another one. I was also informed that as per company policy, they cannot remove it from my bill and must charge me should I want something else rather than a swap. The staff’s constant contradictions and lack of clarity only added to the poor service.
The receipt was also never shown to me; the supervisor just kept it to herself and told me the total without any transparency.
The restaurant displayed a lack of customer service, with rude staff and an unprofessional attitude throughout our visit. The service was slow, the attitude was poor, and the level of hospitality was completely unacceptable. I would appreciate someone senior, either a manager or the owner, getting in touch with me to discuss this further.
I will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant. Save your money.

I went in slightly sceptical based on the latest reviews with my overseas friend this evening, but I couldn’t fault it. I was pleasantly surprised on all accounts. We did not book a table, but we were seated immediately despite the busy time.
The food was brilliant and significantly better than Gordon Ramsay’s. I would highly recommend the chicken tikka and guru kebab. The butter chicken was the best I’ve ever had—sweet and creamy, with just a hint of spice. The chicken biryani was to die for. Everything we tried was sublime, and I have no complaints! The quality and quantity were impressive, and the presentation was beautiful. The customer service was excellent as well.
Overall, we had a fantastic time in a relaxed atmosphere and would definitely return for another special occasion. I highly recommend this place and advise you not to believe the negative reviews—come and experience it for yourself, and you won’t regret it.

I really enjoyed my experience at Noir. It’s in a really good location with plenty of parking. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful ambiance. The service is excellent and attentive. The food was also delicious especially the starters. A really good mix of flavours. The mains weren’t as amazing but still of a decent quality.

Excellent service by Ankita, she really gave us personalised advice to the types of food we might like to order and try. The food was brought out quickly. The garlic naan was the best one I’ve had in a long time. House chai was delicious. One of our party had an allergy that staff took very seriously and they went and checked with the kitchen where the allergen could be removed from which items didn’t contain it.

I visited this place for my birthday and it was absolutely lovely! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything felt so peaceful. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Om, our server, was wonderful he suggested a dish that turned out to be one of the best we’ve ever had. The food overall was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every detail made the experience special, and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. Highly recommended!
