This location is consistent in continuously incorrectly processing orders. On this occasion I was not provided with the included condiments with meals, nor the additional condiments I paid extra for. Most of the time this location will not properly provide them, included or purchased. I have attempted to rectify this by returning inside and the front desk is ignored for new or returning customers besides kiosk orders, tonight being one of many instances. I eventually left due to lack of service and watched as another patron was apologized to and provided with their very simple order which had been left on a counter to lose it’s temperature as they watched for an extended period of time. Toppings that are included on the meal I ordered were left off when purchasing the up-charged version such as those that include bacon. This location has never included that ingredient on orders that call for it in all of my history of visiting it, I usually won’t even order something that calls for it because it’s so frequently excluded. The orders of fries were also only half filled, another frequent issue.

This has been my experience with this location for the past half dozen trips in a row, and probably around 60%of all of my trips to this location in general. If there is any form of a line more than 3~6 orders total between drive-thru and inside orders, it’s almost a guarantee that the order placed will be incorrect.

At this point, I was probably shorted around $4 of value from this $26 order alone, with the history of my orders I would estimate closer to around $60 of shorted product over the past 12 months. Enough to make you begin to speculate on whether or not this is a mass oversight due to inept staff, or something else.

I will not be returning to this location and since this is an issue with many of the McDonald locations in the area, it has given me pause as to whether or not it is a business I will frequent anymore going forward.

And before a McDonald’s Owner Bot auto-replies to contact their corporate feedback site: I already have, and left almost this exact same feedback of the location with the exception that I had to replace symbols with words because the terrible website design does not allow for special characters within submissions.

I just had the WORST experience at this location. The time was 11:50 pm. I ordered my food through drive through, no problems, I paid then pulled up to the pick up window and was told that the Medium Frappe I ordered, I could not get due to the frappe machine was down, (no problem, Not a big deal, it happens) they asked me what I wanted instead and I was not sure and told them to make me something comparable to cost of the frappe. They asked me to pull ahead in the 1 or 2 spot and they will bring it out to me. They handed me my 20 piece nuggets and large fries and I pulled forward in spot 2. I was talking to a friend in my car through the car speakers. 5 minutes pass by and another car pulls into spot 1 to wait for there food. Another 5 minutes pass by and a worker brings out Spot 1 food and I rolled down my window and Said “excuse me do you know when my drink will be out” The worker then screamed ” I AM WORKING ON IT” as she was walking away. My friend on the phone and I was completely appalled that she yelled that to a customer who has been waiting patiently for 10 min now for a drink and who was just asking when it would be ready. The worker came back out to me 3 minutes later with a bag of food (which was not mine) she shoved the bag into my hand and said “HERE” . I then was very upset at this point that she was yelling at me and aggressively shoving food at me that was not even mine. I tried to tell her that was not my order, the worker then SCREAMED at me “WHAT IS IT THAT YOU WANT” (the worker did not know that I had someone on the phone- through my car speakers) I then said to my friend on the phone (who was quite the whole time this worker was yelling) “did you hear her scream at me?” My friend responded “Oh yes I sure did”, the worker then changed her tune and tried to retract her aggressive attitude. At this point. I don’t even want to talk this worker due to her being aggressive.
I then went into McDonalds to speak to a Manager. This worker then started to get aggressive in McDonalds trying to cover up her actions. I spoke to a Team Lead/ Manager about her screaming at me outside. The worker Michelle, was getting upset that I was telling the Manager about her screaming at me outside. At one Point I had to tell this worker Michelle, that she needed to step away from me before I call the Police. The Team Lead/Manage then told the worker Michelle to go in the back. This was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE behavior from ANYONE in customer service. The Team Lead/Manager apologized to me and offered me a refund. I told her that I did not need a refund , I just wanted my drink and I patiently have waited now 20 minutes (the food I ordered was cold, but I didn’t even complain about that). While I was waiting in the lobby, a gentleman that was standing in line stated to me that he has had instances like this with the same specific worker . I understand that it gets busy, and stressful (I work in Healthcare, I know all about busy and stress) however, when you have customers who are patiently waiting and not even complaining while they are waiting and you scream at them. Not get a little loud but full on scream at them! I hope that the Corporate Office pulls up video from inside the lobby to see this workers actions. TOTALLY UNACCPECTABLE. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

consistent reliable food.. not amazing but a good value. today i got the chicken big mac and it was ok.. the standout was the extra special sauce which is good.. and i got the 20 pc nugget for only $5 so for under $10 i have a hefty meal for the big appetite. ALWAYS use the app for deals discounts and points!

i try not to pass judgement on other fast food workers as a fast food worker myself, but the employees here are just rude. i totally understand how much this industry sucks, but it’s not hard to be polite. most of the time i just get my food chucked at me in drive thru and then told “have a good day,” but today the person at the window just started handing my boyfriend our order without saying a word. it was super awkward, and the whole time they just looked at me and my boyfriend in a very standoffish manner. my flurry was also not mixed at all and just had the toppings put on it. i’m not even mad that they were lowkey kinda rude, i just feel like it was super awkward to not even say “hello” or “you’re welcome” or anything. service in general is also just awful. the management is likely to blame, so i don’t blame any of the employees here just trying to make a living. however, i’d drive farther for better service at another location.

This location s absolutely ridiculous. I figured considering the location it would be a lot better then this. Pulled up to drive through didn’t even get to finish ordering because after me staying what we wanted three times the lady at the window still didn’t get it rite and then when I corrected her it was “just give me a minute” then it’s I’ll correct it at the window where she still didn’t have it rite at that point I’m good. Then we pull up to pick it up and they ask us to pull ahead because the order wasn’t ready as three other people pull off with there food after we parked. We finally get our food almost 8 minutes later and the sandwiches were cold, fries were cold not sure what we were waiting for because nothing was freshly made lol. I’m disgusted.

People that work here, so rude. Got a bacon egg cheese bagel and only 1 small piece of bacon, no sauce on it and my coffee was cold, almost as cold as the person that waited on me. Do better people.

This Mc Donald’s is right near my work so I’m always going here. Within the past couple months there have been two employees in particular who always make me smile whenever I come by. There’s an older lady I always seen in the morning whose name I didn’t catch, and then there’s also Laura who tends to be the one to bring my food out to the curbside. These two ladies are really sweet and always make sure I have everything I need.
