First off.. the store is dirty.. Anyways, I usually keep it simple and get a hot ham, hard to mess that up! But one day me and my boyfriend ordered our food, and his sandwich (the super star), but with no mayo and extra mustard. Basic request. Tell me why they gave him the exact opposite..? He got the regular Super Star, and they act like they didn’t hear us every time as we repeat ourselves about our request at least 3-4 times.But that was the first time, nothing to complain about. We let it slide. We go back today. But this time I order a Famous Star with ONLY ketchup, mustard, and pickles. THATS IT!!! Nothing else. My boyfriend repeated that 3 times before we went around. Somehow they hand me the guy behind us’ burger. So we spin back around. Then after telling them FOUR times what I wanted on it, they still manage to throw cheese on it. ♀️ At this point it’s not a mistake, it’s a pattern. ESPECIALLY night crew needs to get it together. It’s not complicated. Read the screen. Make the food how it’s ordered. This is basic job stuff. Do better. You guys are adults and should know how to listen and read. Omg

We ordered a 4 pc chicken tenders combo which came with some fries and a drink. While the chicken tenders were piping hot, the fries were not good and stale.

Pretty good experience. We went through the drive-thru. Looked like only 1 young guy working. I give him 5 stars tho. I guess he did everything. The drive- thru is a little tricky. Gotta turn hard. My wife got the chicken tenders and they were not as fresh as the fries and other stuff. But they were good. I got bacon thick burger and it was amazing! Hot dog was good but no slaw so jumbo wasn’t exactly what I thought. Still pretty good. Milkshakes are very good. It’s a well lit area with a gas station next door. Very safe. Right off the exit. I recommend stopping here for sure. Edit; ate here the other day and it was terrible. Wilted lettuce on my sandwich and the bread was hard as a rock. The 3 female employees were engaged in a personal conversation for 30 min and the food suffers. I give this place 1 star. And won’t be coming back anytime soon.

We stopped for a quick lunch as we are traveling today. Dining room is closed for some reason so we went through drive thru. Ordered 3 combos. 1 was entirely left out. Half of another was left out. So we essentially got half of our food. Since dining room is closed and we can’t get in, i called repeatedly and get no answer. Voicemail box is full. After callibg 6 times, We call the BP gas station next door, they relay my # and message. No call back or any acknowledgement of their screw up. Pretty sorry way to represent one of the largest and oldest restaurant chains in the world.

Went to get a sausage and egg biscuit combo this morning. I had to take it back in because the biscuit was hard. I watched the girl take the returned biscuit out of the bag, and place it back on the heat chute. Yep. Thought that was worth mentioning.

WOW, this place is horrible! My order is never right and the food is never good, it’s just ok. The times I have been here I have always been in a hurry, but it always takes longer because I have to go in and complain about my order being wrong. The staff is extremely rude and just say we are understaffed can’t you tell. I won’t be returning.
