I’ve been going to this location for years to order a regular sundae with sprinkles. Most recently they’ve started skimping on the sprinkles and charging a dollar to receive the smallest bit of extra sprinkles. I paid $12 for ice cream and can’t even get a decent amount of toppings. Terrible. Won’t be coming back anymore.

Food want made correctly but felt like it works be a waste of my time to even complain. Takes were dirty cashier has no sense of humor like we were bothering her while ordering. Also git to witness the cashier cone into the bathroom while I was in there she squeezed a pimple on her face barely washed her hands and left i was washing while she was squeezing and still washing when she finished washing her hands she definitely needs lessons on proper hand washing… you should privately observe these employees cause I guarantee they ain’t singing happy birthday twice as recommended

We went to this location on Saturday and it wasn’t like the other locations we’ve been to. They didn’t add the Freddy’s sauce on my husbands triple burger and my burger had a bunch of black stuff that wasn’t meat. We love Freddy’s and these burgers weren’t smashed like they were supposed to be. I wasn’t able to eat mine but my husband and daughter are theirs even tho they weren’t what we were expecting. I won’t ever be back at this location.

I did a drive thru order Friday night. I had to sign in to my Freddy’s account and I had forgotten my password so it took a few minutes longer than normal to get my order. I have to say that a gentleman named Dejon was very patient and kind to me as he waited. I greatly appreciated his thoughtfulness. A rare quality in this time.

I don’t generally rate chains, but this crew maintains an exceptional restaurant experience. The food is as good as you could expect – never a complaint – and there is ALWAYS someone cleaning, whether inside or outside the restaurant. It’s MUCH different than even other Freddy’s I’ve been to, and even in the same town.

Drive through was very slow, had us pull around the building and park next to the curb. Some guy then got mad at us because we were blocking him from exiting. Paid 40 for the food for 2 people, waited a long time, food was sibpar quality. I don’t recommend for food. Haven’t tried the ice cream.

This was my first time trying them. It was a nice meal. I really enjoyed the burger, combo #3, and fries was great. I will say that the prices took me back some because it was a bit on the expensive but I know it was because of it being a steak burger. Oh, the customer service was amazing and fast.
Update: This is now my second time. I got the number 2. This place may be the only place where I eat the burger before my fries……and fries are my favorite food, I ALWAYS eat my fries first.

This is my first time coming here. I was greeted by Chikkiya. She has a warm and pleasant personality. She helped me place my order and took care of me when, it time to go. The food is fresh and delicious. I had the Bacon Double Cheese Combo with fries. I wanted to try their cheese curds as well. The fry sauce is very good. They have 2 kinds with regular and jalapeno.
I prefer the regular. I would recommend coming here. I will come back. Thank you, Chikkiya for making my first time the best.
