Everytime we come to Pigeon Forge we do pizza. Genos has always been our favorite and tradition. We noticed they moved to a new location since Publix now has the space. Or should say building torn down. Service was okay. As we waited 2 people came in to order and left. No one came to the front. Even one of the guys called from his cell phone. No one answered the phone. So they lost business.

This is not the Genos we remember. It’s not the same. Pizza is expensive but it was good. Not sure if they hand make them or they are just frozen pizza. Also before you could watch them make them. Now it’s behind closed doors. Genos need to back to the old ways. We aren’t happy with new way. Not sure if we will be back after this. The atmosphere isnt there anymore. The old place had plenty of sitting. The history is bow gone from Genos. Parking isn’t ideal either.

John hooked us up with the “best pizza in the world”. My son loved their pepperoni pan pizza and I got their spinach calzone. Great crust. Tasty sauce. Good stringy cheese pulls. Pretty damn decent for a hole in the wall.
(Small dine in. Maybe 3 tables. Wish they had space for a few more tables)

Best pizza in Sevier county! We are locals & have tried several pizza spots but now that we’ve tried Geno’s, the search for great pizza is over. Delicious, hot and fresh pizza. We also ordered garlic knots which were seasoned to perfection and swimming in delicious garlic butter. Ordered some house-made ranch to dip my pizza in and it was great as well. Staff was friendly & accommodating, and service was quick. Will definitely be back

First time eating here. The pizza was great, and the Garlic Knots are the best I ever had. The service was upbeat and punctual. The owner came out and talked to us, making that small businesses feel even better. Everyone should definitely try this place. Love, love, love it.

The reviews are true their garlic knots are amazing! The pizza was also delicious. We got the meat lovers and they do not skimp on the toppings. The slices held together despite the weight and the crust was just right.
Highly recommend for a pizza night!

This is one of the best pizza places we’ve been to. Came along with my two kiddos who loved their personal pans. Food was phenomenal, homemade ranch was even better. Customer service was top notch. Seriously wouldn’t change anything! Will definitely be coming back.

After a busy day around Pigeon Forge my husband and I were both worn out. Our hotel card had an ad for Geno’s so we browsed the menu and settled on the extreme pepperoni. Reported delivery was 60-75 minutes, its Halloween and a Friday night so we were fine with waiting. To our surprise it showed up 20 minutes later, out of the oven hot and smelled amazing. Our guy was super nice can’t wait to order again next time we visit TN.

Thanksgiving night and looking for pizza to order. All chains are closed so we went out driving to find a local spot and found Geno’s. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated as if we were locals. The pizza, wings and garlic knots were terrific! The order was hot and ready within minutes and John was amazing at the front counter!! Stop by and check them out!!

The bartender at our hotel recommended Geno’s. It did not disappoint. We asked for light sauce and extra cheese and it was probably the best cheese pizza we’ve ever had. With this being 2 days after Christmas and Pigeon Forge being so crowded, I expected a long wait. The estimated time was 35 minutes and I waited in our lobby for them between the delivery window, and they were right at the beginning of the the 10 minute window. You couldn’t ask for better late night pizza!

A Hidden Gem in Sevierville: Why Geno’s Pizza Deserves More Than 3.4 Stars

It’s rare to find a pizzeria that feels both local and unforgettable, but Geno’s Pizza in Sevierville, TN, delivers just that. Frankly, I’m baffled at its modest 3.4-star rating, because our experience was nothing short of outstanding.

The standout of our visit began with the garlic butter cheese sticks—pillowy soft, golden brown, and perfectly balanced with that indulgent hit of buttery garlic. They were so good, even my notoriously picky six-year-old devoured them without hesitation (a feat worth celebrating in itself). THESE THINGS SLAPPED!!!

For the main event, we explored their specialty pizzas. The Nashville Hot Chicken Pizza is a bold, flavorful masterpiece that perfectly marries heat with savoriness, a regional twist that elevates standard pizza night into a memorable culinary adventure. On the flip side, the All Meat Pizza was a glorious medley of hearty toppings, executed with just the right proportion and crispness to avoid the heavy, overloaded feel that often plagues meat-lover pies.

The best part? Geno’s manages to deliver this level of quality without gouging its guests—affordable pricing that makes indulgence guilt-free and leaves you plotting your next visit before you’ve even left. In fact, we loved it so much that we returned again on our way out of town. This will now be a staple every time we come to Pigeon Forge.

Verdict: Geno’s Pizza is a Sevierville staple that deserves far more acclaim than its current rating suggests. Family-friendly, affordable, and consistently delicious, it’s the kind of local spot you don’t just stumble into—you remember it, and you make it a point to return.
