Chicken quesadilla with 3 quarter size chicken, and a couple areas with a very tiny amount of shredded chicken. It was mostly cheese and sauce. Very disappointed. $24.00 for 2 meals…wow. Not worth it.

Nacho chips cold , missing my guacamole on my nachos and my fiesta chips on my burrito. I also had hair in my food !!! I called and asked to speak with the manager and she replied ” we ain’t got no guacamole ” I said well I don’t have fiesta chips on my burrito “oh well we ain’t got no fiesta chips ” . I proceeds to tell her about the hair in my food her response was nobody in here got curly hair & and the employee in the back ground was rude as well , she stated well we ain’t got nobody in curly hair in here . Then I proceeded to tell her I have pictures and I can bring bring it back the manger states yea we’ll bring it back ! They very rude and disrespectful ! Food was horrible , they attitudes suck .

I was ordering my food for my very disabled husband (he is paralyzed from the waist down). I ordered a regular taco. When I got the order, I was halfway out of the drive through when I noticed the taco smelled like human feces. I checked the taco and a human deprecated inside of the taco shell. Horrible food and experience!

This place deserves 0 starts for sure I ordered last night I asked for extra sauce on my quesadillas it’s like I said please no sauce that crap was dry and nasty with no chicken just cheese , and my hard tacos were all sloppy and cold . This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had in my life .

They will not help you resolve issues with door dashers stealing/tampering with food. Refused to remake my order after it had been almost a half and hour that went by, my dasher canceled my order after lying about an explosion and Taco Bell wasn’t helpful at all….. Every time I go there they are rude as hell….

The worst designed parking lot / drive thru. Drive thru blocks people into the parking lot. This location also charges extra for fresco. I have to pay extra for tomatoes if I remove cheese and sour cream?They literally screwed up every single item on my order adding cheese and sour cream. My first order was cancelled and it took 45 minutes to get my food. The worst service ever. Go somewhere else to save the hassle.
