It took them 3 times to get ny order! I ordered 2 wraps, chilli cheeae hot dog and they kept forgetting my hotdog! Pathetic when you leave tip and they can’t provide good service. I waited over 30 mins! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Got here and ordered on the app, took half an hour to get a barely warm hotdogs, and tater tots. The chili cheese wraps and onion rings were cold. Apparently our order sat so long on the counter that all the ice in my wife’s drink melted. So food was cold ranging to barely warm and not well made. Will not be returning to this Sonic.

Ordered through the app but there was an issue, so I couldn’t check in when I arrived. I walked inside and told them I was having issues and they said the check-in wasn’t working. It would have been nice if they came to me instead of me having to go in, especially if they knew there was an issue. Aside from that small issue though, my order was ready fast and delicious. The hops were nice.

Ordered 12 French toast sticks, no syrup. My heart is broken in ways the English vocabulary cannot describe. To make matters worse, I also ordered 2 drinks, as I was sharing this French feast with my lovely girlfriend, and I only received one post meal breath mint. The employees must’ve assumed that I sounded like the type of man to eat 12 French toast sticks by myself, and treat myself to two large drinks to wash it down. 5/10 will most likely be back.

Always check your bag for your sauces. I asked for sauces before they came out. Got home realized I don’t have the cheese sauce for my pretzels. Great service other wise!

There was a long hair in my fries AND another hair in my SON’S hot dog. There should never be hair in people’s food, let alone two hairs. Unacceptable!!! I ordered off the app for pickup so I didn’t see this until I got all the way home (I don’t live close by so I couldn’t just go back)

What’s wrong with this place I like Sonic but for some reason this location keeps getting things wrong. Came this time and the chicken wasn’t all the way cooked yeah it was hot in my mouth meaning they probably pulled it before the timer went off. The last time I came several things I ordered wasn’t in the bag. Both times I came was during the day but wasn’t busy. Done with this place. Awful. Never had an issue at the other location across town but this one is just plain awful.

I was never offered to get my food as a combo meal with drink. I never got my ranch dipping sauce. The chicken was dry. The tots were soft. Would not recommend, worst Sonic I’ve been to in a long time!
