This mcdonald’s is probably one of the best ones (as long as it’s before 4pm lol) The employees are a lot friendlier than the other stores. They are always working hard when we go in there and the managers run a tight ship! They always correct their mistakes. This morning at 7am then 8am on 3/7/26, my husband got the big breakfast w hot cakes for our kids. The first time a male working drive thru said it didn’t come with hash browns. The 2nd time he ordered for ME when i woke up and notified me the male said it AGAIN so he ordered 2. i know for a fact it does come w 1. When he got to the 2nd window he was told he’d have 3 hash browns so he let the female know the 1st window said it didn’t come with any & he just wanted an additional 1 making it 2 hash browns. Female employee/manager corrected it & i called to let them know as well (i didn’t know they already corrected it) and she was apologetic, had an upbeat attitude so i couldn’t even be as mad anymore lol and she let me know she corrected the first window male on it. She was really kind & did a great job which is so rare of managers at most mcdonald’s. the first shift workers here do a great job! Thank you to the female manager!! kisses to you!!

Shake taste horrible, like straight strawberry syrup. This is how my burger was packaged and was drenched in ketchup. How much ketchup do you have to put on a damn cheeseburger be for real horrible experience, shake taste horrible and the double cheeseburger was soggy with ketchup. 0/10 If you eat here I’d dine in so you can make sure you get good food.

Shout out to Adrian, Jacob, and Jesus!! They were top notch when it comes to customer service!! They took their time to make sure my food was fresh, and whoever the cook was knows what he was doing!! Hands down this was the best food, and customer service experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s establishment!! Adrian is the manager on this shift and is a natural leader and you can tell that his teammates respect him!! Come see these guys on 3rd shift at the Central and Tyler location!! Thank you Adrian, Jacob, and Jesus!! Can’t wait to come back next time!!

Ordered $73 worth of food at about 3:30 A.M. last this morning after arriving in town from a 9 hr drive from Memphis, TN. The uber Driver arrived at 3:42 A.M. and told them that he had a pick up for me. He waited until about 4:09 A.M. at which point McDonalds told him it’s after 4:00 and they are only serving breakfast. I called the store to explain my situation and was told it’s 4:36 we start serving breakfast at 4:00. While I understand they’re requirememnts, I ordered the food prior to the switch. I was then told that my order was made and that the uber driver stole my order just to get me off the phone. The uber driver had already notified uber of the situation, meaning they lied to me to get me off the phone. I am 100% certain they seen that big order and said just wait until 4 A.M. and not make it due to the change over to breakfast.

This is the last time I come to this McDonald’s. Service isn’t just horrible it is non-existent. Not only do the appropriate condiments not come with order, even when you pay for extra, but when you go in to ask for them they leave you standing at the counter for a good 5 minutes before they acknowledge you. Everyone should be fired and either close the location or hire staff that actually want to earn their paycheck.

I can’t speak to the atmosphere outside of the time that I went and the lady argued with us about whether or not they gave us our food after going through the drive thru. However, after many attempts to make it right (at least 10 times) we have had to return each and every time whether it was while still in the parking lot or all of the way home. This restaurant needs to get it together. We will be going to a McDonald’s further away from now on as this one doesn’t know how to function as a restaurant.

I only recently have gone to McDonald’s after many years. The interior refresh is nice and welcoming. Cashier was very pleasant and quickly brought my order to me. I had a Filet o fish meal and a Mcchicken sandwich. Both very good. Better than I remember of my past visits.

2 of 4 drinks weee not Full. We got 3 sausage McMuffins & One #3 meal. Had to wait on food. Pulled forward. Received food w zero hash browns. Had to wait longer… Left & realized zero straws for 4 drinks. Muffins burned. This was a bummer trip to McDonalds. This one ALWATS has issues. It’s sad because the older lady at the first window is always so nice and accurate!
