If I could leave zero stars, I would. I came in expecting a good meal and ordered my steak medium rare. It arrived completely raw. I politely asked the server to have it cooked longer, and while she did take it back, it was returned still undercooked and extremely gristly. It was very disappointing, especially after giving them the opportunity to fix it. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning for a while

We ordered food Togo. I had the quesadilla explosion salad and I went to take a second bite of the quesadilla when a large cut piece of a plastic bag was in my mouth. It was baked into the cheese. Absolutely disgusting. I didn’t take another bite. Avoid this place.

It was Saturday afternoon and we were with a large group of 50. We had reserved ahead so there was no waiting… even so, they were pretty empty for a Saturday afternoon. Service was excellent. Our server was experienced, efficient, friendly. No one in our group complained about mistakes in their order. The food came quickly and was scrumptious!!! I eat meatless and there is not much in the vegan offerings so baked potatoe soup + salad it is… minus the bacon bits of course… that soup was rich and creamy and delicious … there is plenty of parking but exiting the parking lot can be tricky. The exit is right on top of a street light and it’s in a highly congested traffic/shopping area. But the location itself is right off of a 985 exit making it easy to find and access. All in all our experience was excellent!!! I would recommend and will return

BRING BACK CLASSIC NACHOS!!!! Ok, now that I got that out: this Chili’s location never disappoints. We went last night to get drinks and snack and watch the UGA game (Go Dawgs). Our server, who was also working the bar, was amazing x 1000! She was quick, efficient and friendly. My egg rolls were great as always. And chips and salsa. We came for the classic nachos though, but nope. They no longer serve them. Instead they serve a different dish which is nothing like the classic ones. It is now a pile of dry chips, with very sparse toppings and almost zero cheese. I wish I’d have taken a pic. Very disappointing. Don’t order that unless you’re just looking for a plate of chips. Otherwise, this location is top notch and highly recommended!!!

Got 2 of the 3 for Me’s, great deal. We got a huge appetizer, 2 entrees, unlimited drinks and a salad. Our waitress was great, constantly checking on us. She even brought us fresh chips and salsa to bring home with our dips and other items. It all only came out to $32. I was shocked at first, the lunch deal seems like a great deal as well. It was my first time eating the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas and they were good! I don’t like ranch but I couldn’t taste the ranch so it made no difference. Best experience I’ve had at Chili’s.

Service is always great at this location. We’re are always seated quickly and everyone in the service area is friendly and welcoming. Storm is amazing and does a wonderful job. The food is always fresh and delivered to the table within reasonable time after ordering. My family truly enjoys this location.

There are places out there that call themselves burger experts but I’m just saying, Chili’s has the best, most consistently great burgers and it’s not even what they’re most known for. The meat is always juicy, flavorful, no matter which burger we order. Today, I had the Alex’s Santa Fe burger and my husband had the Old Timer’s. Both were absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly and welcoming, but I especially loved the young man who brought our food. He had the sweetest smile. This location isn’t our usual but if in this area again, I’d be back for both the food and service.
