I ordered a cheeseburger, small fries and small decaf hot coffee, inside on the kiosk, for dine-in, just before 6pm. The fries bag was upside down in the meal bag. The coffee was warm. As in, I could gulp it down and not burn my tongue. The cheeseburger was just kind of sad. It tasted fine, but… McDonald’s you need to take better care of your workers because something is seriously wrong here.

Ordered $30 worth of food. They packed it all in one bag, Got home To everything dumping in the driveway because everything was smashed in there and the Grease made the bottom of the bag, wet and rip apart.

One of the worst McDonald’s… Most of the kiosks weren’t working, the soft drink machine was broken and continued dispensing for 30 seconds until the syrup was gone and it was just water. The other machine was only pouring syrup. And apparently they were only allowing take out orders but you still could eat inside? I would avoid this location, but at least the food was ok and it was clean.

I went through the drive thru and they said the smoothie machine was being cleaned @ 9:30am as well as giving us small drinks instead of medium, my bagel meal was burnt as well . Not going to come to this McDonald’s again

Tried to order 2 quarter pounder with cheese and bacon single patty meals and was told cheese and bacon only comes on double pattys but they could add/put bacon on the single QPC meals so then I ordered 2 regular QPC meals and requested that they add bacon and when I got my meals there was no bacon on the QPC’s.

I have a hard of hearing. So I opted the digital ordering so I can have the food delivered to my table. A customer had to tell me my food was ready and sitting at the to-go counter for “a long time”. Apparently they called my number. When I went up and asked the “manager” Naomi, she responded but I couldn’t hear her. And she walked off. Then when I went up to the register, she came up again and I asked her if the food on the Togo shelf is mine. My order number was different from the large numbers on the ticket. She said yes and walked away- but I managed to ask for a tray. I’m traveling alone with my 4 year old. She rolled her eyes- for no reason. Slapped the tray on the counter- rolled her eyes again and walked off. I yelled for the manager because of her random attitude. And she said proudly that she was. Then another girl started yelling at me- which yes I lost my cool. I wanted to know why we enter our numbers in and it says on the thing that we bring to the table that they bring the food to us. And instead of explaining calmly- the blonde girl putting the food in the bags was rude. The other workers there were amazing and kind! Which I wished I would have been able to talk to someone nicer and calmer unfortunately.

I miss the days of interacting with the employees at restaurants. There was not one employee in the front. When your food came out they said mobile order and walked away.
