I rarely write reviews but this has happened way too many times now that people should be aware. This purchase on 01/19/2026. We got two bowls. One was less than half full and that’s WITH the proteins rice and toppings. The rice is almost always undercooked as well. There’s always crunchy bites every spoonful. This location is always hit or miss with the portions. Just as a heads up.

There were no other customers in line and three visible staff members. No one greeted me. I waited and stood there looking around. After finishing prep work, a worker came over, said what can I get you? The carnival were dry. Nothing exciting going on with any of my burrito bowl ingredients. It was food when I was hungry. Not the best Chipotle I’ve had. Not the worst.

I read a few of the other comments and we had a completely different experience than most of the reviews. The service was ok/just above your normal fast food customer service. They were nice and friendly, but definitely trying to work the line of hungry customers as quickly as then could. And the food was like any Chipotle Mexican Grill, amazingly delicious! The burrito bowls are a go-to! And the Carnitas and Steak were tasty as always. I’d eat here again before a day of shopping!

Literally never wanted to leave a review like this. Came in at 9:30pm closes at 11pm. Brown rice was undercooked and hard, hurt the teeth. Steak was overcooked super badly. Fresh lemonade area was already closed for the night. Manager rang me up and allowed and led a terrible experience. Love chipotle. This is the worst one I’ve ever been to

placed an order for delivery since i not leave the house, there’s no option to list an allergy. i need the area sanitized. i tried calling the store, kept getting routed and couldn’t get connected to any staff member. i got connected to 3 different customer support services and my main concern was to just notify someone before my order was made. and ultimately my order had been made and there was nothing they could do. i’m super frustrated at the difficulty to just try to speak to a human staff member. now i have a $25 order i can’t eat

This place was a discusting mess! Filthy dirty. Every single table was filthy, food all over the floor, the drink station hadn’t been wiped down. Food all over the cash register area. Customer service was awful! Do not go here! It was gross.

I honestly don’t know what happened to this place. The staff looked annoyed the moment I walked in. No greeting, no smile, nothing. I asked for extra rice, and the employee rolled their eyes at me! The food was cold, the meat was chewy, and the guacamole had brown spots all over. Definitely not worth the price. Never coming back.

I was in your restaurant tonight. I placed a to-go order. I live less than three miles from the restaurant. My chicken, beans, amd rice in my bowl were all cold. I tried to call and express my concern for the current temperature of your hot food. Your automated phone system would not help me talk to a live person. I’ve waited 40 minutes to order my food because only 2 workers worked in the restaurant. One was working on the prep and the other on the online orders. The one prepping the food paid no attention to the customer line whatsoever, even though all the food was stocked. And the one working on the online orders took his sweet, sweet time making them, in hopes the line would shorten up if he dragged on the time longer. I am highly dissatisfied with how the service went.
