Awesome lil place in bunnell. Friendly staff, food came out fast and fresh. The hotdogs came on toasted bun which is a big plus! I do wish though they had shredded cheese for the chili dogs instead of nacho Cheese. Other than that it was a great experience! Will be back for sure!!

Hot Diggity Dogs in Bunnell Florida. I’m being generous with the overall 3.5 here unfortunately. So let’s dive into it. I Ordered some dogs and got us some apps. The Jalapeno Poppers were actually the best poppers I’ve ever ordered at a restaurant before but that was where it stopped for us. Chicago dogs ordered with no onions, came riddled with them, it wasn’t that big of a deal she took them back and fixed them, the annoying part was when she came back to the table and said yes you’re right you ordered with no onions so we fixed it for you, but when we initially said something we showed the receipt at the table. Strike 1. While waiting we munched on the corn nuggets, nothing special at all and barely Luke warm…. 2/10. French fries were yummy but just frozen and Fred but still good. Back to the dogs, the stars of the show.. The 2nd Chicago dogs have arrived. Mine is great. Yummy. No onions. My mother’s, so saturated with mustard and the bun falls apart, along with all contents of the dog by the 2nd bite. I hate to complain but I go back as she can’t even eat it as a dog and request a new one. She then tells me that is how a Chicago dog is and I said my dog at the table is great. And this one is overly saturated. They’re side by side not equal. Basically telling me that she didn’t want to make another but it’s not really edible as made, tasting of only mustard and not pickupable … Strike 2. So she makes yet a 3rd dog… when it arrives HERE is Strike 3… she comes to the table with the remake dog again… and scolds me and tells me how to eat a hotdog. I replied with “I’m not fat for no reason I know how to eat a hotdog” and kinda just laughed it off because my annoyance at this point is 8/10. My mother was going to throw her whole meal away. The Cowboy dog was very good tho! Held together great. Bbq sauce was yummy. Pulled pork was great. Cole slaw was lacking and had zero flavor tho, and while it was tasty I got no hotdog flavor due to all the bbq sauce on it. I’d give the cowboy dog a 6.5/10. This brings us to the last dog of the order, The Chili cheese dog. It was awful. The processed cheese was so over bearing and just thick and gooey it ruined the entire taste of the dog. Couldn’t taste either chili or the dog. We each took a 2 bites. The initial, and one additional to convince ourselves it wasn’t that bad to only be confirmed it was. Don’t order this if you go. All in all we will not be returning. The scenery was nice and the license plate wall was cool (they’re only missing ND) but it was a miss. When you’re a Dog restaurant and the dogs aren’t good… I can’t return. And I can’t recommend you try it either. It’s not like we ordered lobster rolls at a pizza joint, it’s a dog shack and we ordered dogs. And the best thing was the poppers then the fries. And it’s a shame.

Great little place to stop and enjoy some speciality hotdogs. Don’t let the name fool you though. This place has a huge menu selection from burgers, BBQ and shakes. I can’t wait to try everything on the menu. I ordered the Jersey dog which was delish. I got the basket, so it came with fries and there was plenty of food. Nice outside sitting area. Service was great and everyone was super friendly. I definitely recommend stopping and trying one of their famous hotdogs and grab a milkshake while you’re at it.

My husband and I were driving passed and though it was cool place and decided to swing in and check it out and I’m so glad we did. We got a burger, corn dog, corn nuggets, and a vanilla milkshake. Everything was delicious!! The staff was super helpful and friendly and the owner came out and talked with us while we waited. The atmosphere is very laid back. We’ll definitely be back.

We finally stopped by Hot Diggity Dogs after living in the area for 5 years — and wow, we wish we came sooner!
Amazing comfort food. We ordered the Cowboy and a chili cheese dog, and both tasted incredible. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot.
We also had the chance to speak with the owner, David, who actually took the time to talk to us. He was just amazing — super friendly and welcoming.

We just happened upon this stand driving to Daytona Bike week. We have made a tradition of stopping in and getting a shake, fries, onion rings and a couple dogs. The variety can’t be beat. They also have BBQ and other American foods. The staff is always exceptional. It’s a perfect alternative to fast food and the service is always quick. This is an adorable hot dog stand but don’t be fooled by the name! While the hot dog was amazing there is a full menu of burgers and all sizes of dogs. I had a chocolate shake and fries….and those fries were the very best I’ve tasted….hot. crispy, fresh and perfectly salted! Can’t wait to go back! Shout out to Dave the owner, he came by to see how we were enjoying our meal…very impressive. Continued success Dave!

Awesome experience we just happen to be driving through the area and pulled in so glad we did. Now, knowing this is 20 minutes from the house, I would definitely take the drive For something yummy to eat. The owner super friendly, very upbeat. The hotdog and hamburger were so great we also did get fries and deep fried mushrooms, and the flavor of the month was rocky road and I got that into a shake. Definitely a must to stop in!
