This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. The food was hot and fresh, any issues and questions we had were solved immediately, and the restaurant was especially clean. Our server Jen was the best server we’ve ever had at this location. She was very attentive and friendly. We never had to ask for refills or sauces, she was on top of everything the whole time. 10/10 would come back again just for Jen!

Great atmosphere especially to watch a game. Very slow to be seated and service was a lil slow. Everyone said their food was ok including myself. Had a burger and fries. Burger was tasty. Overall I would go back.

We went here for my mom’s birthday and it was amazing! Our waiter Bryanna was so kind and considerate! She threw away my mom’s trash from her present, kindly offered us fries when we were getting ready to leave, and even offered me a cup to go when I finished my drink! Overall, the staff was kind and made my mother feel special. They even gave her a shake and sang to her! Definitely recommend this place!

Placed an online order for store pickup, on a Monday evening. I decided to order the “scorpion” burger. While I was pleased with the quality and taste of the food, my experience was subpar to be honest. This location is either short staffed, or staff need training to be more aware of their surroundings. I stood in the front entrance area for 10 minutes before finally being noticed. The restaurant was not at all busy. Disappointing service.

We had a large group of parents & sugared-up kids after trick-or-treating, and the service was fantastic! J.J. was our server; not only was he friendly and great with the kids but accommodating, funny and patient.
I felt really welcome which definitely contributed to a great night eating & talking with friends. I can’t forget the Manager, Josh Dale, who was also friendly and welcoming to us. In an era where customer service doesn’t seem as strong in some retail & food spaces as it once was, this was a wonderful experience. Thanks J.J. & Josh!

Food was great but our server Mina was even BETTERRRRR! She vibed with my son the whole time and just went above and beyond for us. She’s so funny and her positive energy made our dinner out, awesome. We really enjoyed her as our server! We hope to have you next time Mina!! You rock!! ❤️

My first time going was great. Food was really good. The staff are really nice. I enjoyed my lunch there. Plus they have Plants VS Zombies on the tablets on the table. And bottomless fries. Cant beat that.

The service today at Red Robin was absolutely outstanding. The workers went above and beyond for Veteran’s Day. They had a backdrop for photos, letter making for service members, a remembrance table set up, management went table to table to show appreciation and give a gift, and all of the staff was just amazing. This was our first time visiting this location in probably about 8 years, but we will definitely be back more often. I also have to mention that the burgers were delicious Thank you!

This specific location must be short staff, while the quality the food it’s good, their service needs work, the waiting time for our food to arrive after we order, was more then 55 minutes. Restaurants was not full although. Service used to be a lot better 2 years ago.
