The service was outstanding ! Clearing trash and dishes, refilling beverages, attending to any issues. Food was delicious.

Newer chef?? My steak was way undercooked, undercooked the second time, then replaced and cooked to perfection.
I also had a take home burger that I tossed away because it too was seriously underdone. They were both to be medium well.
They definitely have new management who as stated were outstanding!

I ordered on line through active menu. I received a call from Applebees immediately after placing my order to clarify my specific requests. They were very friendly and expressed their appreciation for my order. Food was ready and hot at the predicted pickup time.

Ordered the new chicken bacon ranch. Very little ranch. Also got one of the kids meals wrong. They had nothing for the kids to color with so they gave us a pen and permanent maker to use. The marker had clearly been chewed on. Additionally, the servers spend more time talking to each other than checking on the guests.

First time being here, so far the service has been great, we were greeted at the door almost the second we walked in, alongside of them being very polite. Great environment and lots of stuff on the walls and they play music. They have a few seating options such as high tops and booths, and some lower to ground seats. They bring you chips and salsa before you get the meal, unlike a lot of restaurants their water tastes good. After my first meal here I can confidently say that this food is very good, i seriously recommend their burgers, my dad recommends the mushroom Swiss burger, also try a plain burger with cheese and ketchup can not recommend this place anymore

The fried chicken burger I got was raw. How is that even possible from a restaurant? This is beyond imagination I would love to sue you and be sure if I am going to have any related sicknesses I will sue. This is a shame. I have picture as well but do not have the option to post it.

Had the Fiesta Lime Chicken off of their 2 for $28 menu. My wife had her usual oriental chicken salad. Comes with appetizer. Ordered the BBQ chicken tenders. And a peach mango lemonade. The main dish comes with pico de gallo. That had fresh jalapeños. All of it was very tasty.

Worst Applebee’s location I’ve been too. I don’t write reviews much anymore but this was a terrible experience. They did not ask about preferred seating (booth or table), but we were seated to the far right section that no one was sitting in. Instantly disgusted by all the food and trash on the floor that staff was walking over, we decided we couldn’t wait for the waitress and moved to a “cleaner” area/table. We ordered drinks and our food from a waitress that was irritated and less than pleased to be there. I stepped away to go to the restroom and on my way back there was some gossip between staff about why we decided to switch tables in a irreverent tone. ?? After debating with my guest whether we should leave or not our waters and Blue Moon were served. This Blue Moon was unlike any I’ve ever tasted. It had no foam, and tasted extremely off. So much so I couldn’t have more than a sip. After waiting 30 minutes for our appetizers, they finally came. Surprisingly pleased with my wanton tacos, the boneless wings were plated with no effort, they were rock hard and mine didnt come with carrots or celery but my girlfriends did. Also the plate was very hot? Microwaved maybe, im not sure. Despite coming in very hungry our plates had plenty of food left on them when we left. Bad vibes from staff, bad vibes from atmosphere. It’s not fun worrying about staff doing something to our food when all we did was switch seats. YIKES
