Hidden semi hole in the wall taco spot. Located in a large plaza with plenty of free self parking. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. You can see them preparing all the ingredients as well as tacos cuesadillas, and burritos. There are a few indoor tables and seating. There’s also a small salsa bar.
The menu is limited and straight forward. Basically choose the type of meat you prefer.
This is not fast food. It takes time to prepare fresh food made to order.
Tried the shrimp vampiros. It’s kind of like a tostada so best to eat that first since the shell will fall apart if you eat your tacos or burritos first. It’s very yummy!
Also tried the chicken taco. It was ok…nothing special about it.

Definitely get the free onion and jalapeno.

The salsa bar has your
typical tomatoes, onions, limes, etc. but it would’ve been nice if they had cilantro
There’s also two containers with free beans so make sure to grab some.

Prices are a bit high for the tacos at $3.25. The vampiro is priced right at $4.15
Portions are a bit small but they make up for it with the free beans and salsa bar.

If you’re in the area, it’s worth a try. There are better Taco spots elsewhere, imo.

I grew up 10 mins from this place and have been eating at Adobo Grill since the day they opened. My wife and I come here often and it has been one of our favorite spots. Unfortunately, they dropped the ball in a major way tonight.

We ordered eight tacos + a quesadilla and spent around $40. When we got home we were expecting to enjoy our meal as usual. Instead when I went to grab the tacos i immediately noticed that the foil wrappers which are usually dry were completely slick with oil. Opening them revealed tacos that were literally shiny and dripping with oil. They were so saturated that you could not even pick one up without your fingers being completely covered. For us, they were inedible and a HUGE departure from the neat, well made tacos we normally receive, usually served in nice dry tortillas.

I called the restaurant to try to resolve the issue. I was understandably frustrated but not irrational or cursing. At first I was told there was no manager. After explaining the situation to two different people, I was eventually was transferred again to a third person named Ari, who said she was the manager. She answered the phone, said hello, and then said nothing. After being transferred multiple times, I had to ask who I was speaking with.

Her complete lack of basic phone etiquette, was a definitely an indication of the utterly terrible customer service that would soon follow. Once the conversation finally started, Ari awkwardly said she was aware of the issue and told me to come back so they could remake the tacos. That was not an acceptable solution for me. These tacos should never have been served in the first place. Now we had no dinner, and we were being asked to get back in our car, use gas to drive back, and be further inconvenienced because of their mistake. A restaurants mistake should not cost me anything.

I explained that if we were expected to return, we should receive replacement tacos along with a full or partial refund for the inconvenience, or some type of compensation for the inconvenience. I was met with immediate resistance and was told by Ari that it was one or the other. Sensing her complete lack of willingness to work with me I then asked to speak with the owner. Ari said she would contact him and call me back.

When she called back, she told me that the owner, Edgar, also said it was one or the other. I made it clear that we did not just want a refund. We came here because we wanted food we normally enjoy. Instead, we were served oil drenched tacos. If the restaurant wanted us to come back, there should have been some effort to compensate us for their mistake.

At no point did Ari the manager take full accountability or ownership of the situation. She seemed far more concerned with being right than making it right. I explained that we have supported this business since it opened and have spent hundreds & hundreds of $ here over the years, but Ari seemed like she couldn’t care less.

I told her that if this is how loyal customers are treated, I had no problem sharing photos and videos of the tacos we were served and explaining how careless the response was. Her terrible attitude matched the quality of the food we received. Ari showed zero conflict resolution skills, zero de escalation skills, and zero problem solving ability. Calling her a manager is extremely generous, because she did not manage this situation at all.

As for the owner, Edgar, You had VERY loyal customers who were clearly unhappy, and you refused to approve A refund & a replace for food that should never have left your kitchen. This review reflects that decision. Ari even encouraged me to share this experience publicly, which made it clear she did not care, and that raises serious questions about whether you care either, Edgar.

DO BETTER. Take pride in your product. Take full responsibility when YOU get it WRONG. Real customer service prevents reviews like this. You have my contact number, Edgar. Let’s see if you actually care.

I had a great experience at Adobo Taco and Grill. The restaurant is located in a plaza with ample parking. I visited on a busy Wednesday afternoon and found the restaurant relatively small with limited tables, so I had to share a big table with other customers. I ordered a Vampiro de asada with everything: a side of cebollitas and a jalapeño. I ordered two tacos de lengua and a burrito de asada with green sauce inside for my wife and her coworker. Adobo Taco and Grill has a Mexican condiments bar where you can help yourself, with the standout being the caldo pinto beans for your pleasure. This place serves handmade tortillas, which always have a nice touch, and offers agua frescas. When I got my Vampiro de Asada, it looked delicious, especially after I had unwrapped the cebollitas. It was so hot that you could see the steam coming out of the cebollitas. The burrito was a decent size, and both the burrito and tacos were delicious, according to my wife and coworker. If you give this spot a chance, don’t forget to order the cebollitas and jalapeño because they’re free!

Went on a Saturday @ 12:30, there was a line but moved very fast. Small and crowded, but we were able to find 2 spots to sit. Love the tacos, had 1 pastor and 1 asada. Perfect size and no gristle or fat. I don’t think $2 is expensive for a taco that is higher quality meat. Neither meat was salty like most places I have tried. There salsa bar has so many choices, I didn’t have to wait long even with it being packed. It was clean and the staff were constantly cleaning and keeping everything stocked and they were all friendly. We will definitely be back.
