The food was hot and it tasted fine, but the accuracy of the order was off. I ordered light lettuce on the two tacos, and it seemed like they put extra lettuce. There was so much lettuce on the crunchy taco supreme that when I opened the taco all of the tomatoes fell off. The service was great. They were fast and courteous. The atmosphere was Taco Bell. The restaurant front end was very clean.

I come through the drive thru about 3 to 4 times a week and most of the time they mess my order up and the manager at night is rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers. I got a mexican pizza with no tomatoes and when I got home and looked at it there was a wrapper crumbled up and stuck in my food. He asked me if I had a receipt that he would replace it but I don’t want to deal with him. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE. They’re disgusting and have horrible food at night.

I recently tried this location for the first time. This was by far the best food I’ve had at a Taco Bell in Columbus.

Horrible horrible experience will never return to this Taco Bell again their customer service is awful. Ordered through the mobile app went to pickup the order and they said that they weee closed. After already taking my money. Did not receive my food. They decided to close early it wasn’t even 9:30 they closed at 2 am according to sign that the worker pointed to and said you don’t comprehend we are closed. No I comprehend that you as employees decided that you were going to close the store early but didn’t shut off mobile ordering and then want to say there is nothing you can do about a refund through the app. and still not provided the food that was ordered and paid for. Completely unacceptable

I just threw away the crunchwrap supreme I bought from here. It was cold (my ride home from here is 6 minutes) it should not have been that cold, and it tasted like old grease/cooking oil mixed with some sort of detergent. Decided to give this taco bell a try because it’s been about 2 years since my last bad experience here. Well it may be eternity before I go back again. Nothing has changed. Ordered 2 items and they were cold. Not to mention we sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. The only reason I gave this place a star was the young lady working the window was pleasant.

The fact that i paid 5 dollars for these new steak jalapeño fries is outrageously overpriced. Plus the fries were cold and there was no jalapeño just maybe jalapeño sauce. I say maybe because it had no flavor either.
