Great experience overall. The food was delicious with plenty of variety to suit any craving. The staff was warm and friendly, and even though they seemed a little short-handed, they still provided attentive and genuine service. Our server’s beer recommendation was spot-on and really elevated the meal. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, making it a great place to enjoy good food and good company. Definitely worth a visit!

We had never visited this place, so we had no idea what to expect. We were so surprised when two employees opened the front doors for us as we arrived. We ordered the Cod Fish and Chips; they were delicious. The service was very friendly and our food arrived quickly. The facility was very clean,and the restrooms were well maintained.
We enjoyed our visit and will return soon. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Hops and drops never disappoints! We love their menu tons of options and a great happy hour! Personally we like the valley location as our go to but we enjoyed our meal here and have nothing bad to say! Family friendly delicious food what else could you ask for. The fish and chips were very good and we love the flavored lemonades always!

My wife and I went here for a date night… Great atmosphere and service. Easy to find and park. The food was pretty darn good. The burger I had was a bit dry, but the flavor was fantastic. Their clam chowder might be some of the best I’ve ever had. I’ll go back and try again, but I’ve gotta get more chowder.
Went back again and got their Triple Threat Chicken sandwich. That was fantastic. Moist, great flavor, could be one of the best I’ve had in town. Loved it and will be back again.

First time went to north side location, been to valley location several times. Atmosphere at north side definitely better than valley ans service was outstanding with both server and manager checking in. Had the jalapeño cream cheese burger which comes with the patty between Texas toast. Taste was very good. Also came with a sautéed jalapeño with just the right amount of heat. Picked their house made chips as my side and they are very tasty with house made dip. Beer choices were good and if course ice cold with their frosted taps.

My family and I LOVE this location! I have to give kudos to the GM, Larry, because a good leader definitely impacts the culture. The staff here are AMAZING Hanna, Reia, and Felisha took such wonderful care of us. They were so attentive and friendly. The food is delicious, the drink selection is awesome and the delivery time is fast! We come here all the time and we would recommend to anyone.

First time ever personally ordering from here. We wanted someplace new, Never again!!! My two year old won’t even eat the chicken strips. I had chicken strips with a ceaser salad. My daughter had strips and tots, and my hubby had fish and chips. Chips were gross I tried them, fish portions were pathetic. I’ve included our meals minus what was consumed. My salad wasn’t even that great, the chicken was warm when it was put in the container so condensation was terrible. My croutons were not crunchy. Ranch was terrible. We spent $56 and it was not worth it. I can get better chicken strips from Walmart. I didn’t even receive the Capri Sun that was to be included in my daughter’s meal.

This is my second time that I’ve been to Hops n Drops, but it was my first time at this location. The food and cocktails are really good. I ordered a margarita and the buffalo chicken wrap. The wrap had a nice kick of spice, which I really liked. My margarita was really good, too, and wasn’t too sweet. It was just the right ratio of tequila to margarita mix. We sat on the patio, which is covered. It was perfect weather to enjoy it. Our server was attentive and did a good job. It was a good experience, and I’m looking forward to trying other things on the menu.

My visit to a second location located in North Spokane. Casi is the manager here. My server Tasha provided wonderful customer service. Of course, the food was great as always. I believe there is another 4 locations in Washington, I’m sure they offer a fantastic dining experience as the 2 I’ve been to. If you’re passing through north Spokane area, stop in, have a meal and say hello to the great staff here too!
