I love MShack! The burgers are the smash burger style and the buns are soft potato roll style buns. The place has great service, and the prices are not bad at all… especially considering the food is amazing! Also… the milkshakes are fantastic! My 7 year old sings the song even though she is clueless about it! “My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard… DAYLIGHT(she thinks that’s the lyrics)… it’s better than yours… Daylight… it’s better than yours… I would teach you, but I’d have to charge!” Nobody better tell her differently!

A wonderful place to get a burger and shake! Even their specials are delicious and always enticing me to try something new! I’ve gone four times and haven’t left disappointed once!

Zan at the entrance is one of the best employees I’ve encountered in recent years! Always helpful and smiling and remembers us when we come dine. The friendly service and delicious food make it an easy choice when deciding where to go with the family.
Gluten-free buns available and they even ask whether it is a sensitivity or an allergy blighting the care and attentive knead I’ve come to expect.

The Smash Burger is legit the best burger I’ve ever tasted in a while. It’s very juicy and flavorful and apparently it’s all hormone free and fresh. You can definitely taste it. Also the service was great.

First time at M Shack and definitely won’t be my last. I was in the mood for a burger and new to the area. Googled best burgers in Nocatee Town Center and it sent me to M Shack. I had my little dog with me and was pleasantly surprised how dog friendly M Shack was. They even have a dog menu. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. They serve a puppy burger in a small dog dish for $3.50. If you ask they will cut it up in puppy size pieces for your dog. I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and a side of crispy unseasoned fries. The fries were perfect. The burger was too much for me, so I took home half for my dinner. Hats off to Trish, Brie, and Aslan for making my first visit to M Shack a GREAT experience. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant.

Giving it four stars only because the gluten free bread was an absolute mess to eat but in every other aspect, M Shack has great food and drinks. The atmosphere is calm, casual. The girl that helped me out was super patient, friendly and kind. I had told her it was my first time there and she suggested some items and answered all my questions. I’d definitely come back, and I totally recommend the banana shake

The M Shack was ok just another burger place that didn’t stand out to me. I’m a foodie I was kind of disappointed. The area was better than the food fries tender on the inside and extra hard on the outside not good. The burger was decent meat was flavorful didn’t stand out from any other simple burger place. The shakes are amazing the best part of the meal. The cost of $45 didn’t match the taste level ordinary at its best. I could have made this better at home. The server was great Romando I believe was up beat, polite, and friendly. The Nocatee area of Jacksonville needs a replacement.

We come to this location 1-2 times a month and have always had a great experience with food and service. The food is always good – my favorite is the kale salad topped with a burger patty. The staff is very friendly! We happened to come for my nephew’s birthday and the staff gifted him a card with shake tokens, stickers and tattoos. The restaurant is clean and the staff services your table when you are down with your food.
