I thought there would be more shake options with it being the name. It’s spaded and looked like a little bit thicker Culver’s hamburger patty. I felt like it wasn’t cooked well. The fries were over cooked. The cheese was just a blob on top of the fries. Not heated. The chairs are horribly uncomfortable. I didn’t see anyone wiping down tables. Super crowded.

If you order a BLT don’t be fooled by the advertised picture. That’s two small strips of bacon and it costs about $7. No sauce on it either.
Service is on par. Tables are dirty. We ate around 5pm, so dinner time but there were 3 other groups in there. Not enough to justify dirty tables.
Music is a little too loud for me but that’s not a deal breaker.
This was our 2nd trip here. We won’t be returning.

Visited Shake Shack for lunch after a Costco run in Gilbert at SanTan Village. The atmosphere leaned messy for a fast-food spot, and the service felt pretty indifferent. We tried the Shack Burgers and fries, and honestly, the bun was dense, the cheese tasted overly processed, and I couldn’t even tell if there was any sauce on it. The fries were just okay, nothing memorable. I left feeling like I had eaten pure junk, and it sat heavy afterward. Overall, below average and definitely not worth a return visit. Saluti

My favorite burgers around town!! Hot, juicy, flavorful, neatly put together and wrapped in paper.

They were busy but found a way to deliver our order to our table. The water station was out of water but they filled the container for us, even bringing cups to our table.

Love the service! Love the burgers! Fries are just okay, but everything else is great!

I love shake shack burgers a lot. I frequent this location often as you can see from the pictures. Camera eats first lol
My go to burger is the “shack stack” it’s the big portobello mushroom filled with cheese and deep fried along with a single patty. It’s so delicious!! The fries are crinkle cut, eh nothing to write about there really. Pair them with the shake sauce or cheese sauce.
The shakes are very yummy if you can handle the ice cream. They used to have dairy free shakes but they discontinued those 🙁
Really recommend this location they are always fast and make the food fresh every time.
Pro tip get the app!! they make you order on a tablet anyways, you may as well get the deals.

This is my first time going here to the Shake Shack, I was kind of surprised that they offered wine as a drink option. I didn’t actually get to eat one of their hamburgers which I wanted you to try because I ordered a mushroom burger thinking it was a burger with mushrooms instead of a mushroom burger vegan but as far as that it still tasted pretty good 2 portobello mushrooms stuffed with cheese covered with a breadcrumb covering and fried, I guess it was okay but I’m a beef eater and I was really wanting to try their hamburgers. Maybe the next time I will actually get a burger with mushrooms on it. I guess if you’re a vegan it would be a great choice.

It’s not as bad as all the other reviewers have posted. Yes, lots of dirty tables, yes, dirty bathroom, yes, dirty kiosks that you order from. I don’t know what all the employees who work here do. The person who delivered my food looked like they wanted to throw the tray at me (I’ve never seen a nice / happy Shake Shack employee at any location ).

That said , my order was correct. My shackburger was tasty. I ordered cheese fries and darn near had enough cheese for all the fries.

Will I come back? Probably not. Too many good burger joints out there. How this chain will survive is beyond me.

Overall good experience here but not sure about value for money. Two shack burgers (one a double, one a single), three shakes (one fancy and two regular), and three cheese fries for just north of $60. Food was mostly pretty tasty. We loved the shack burgers with the crispy outsides, soft bun, and barely pink inside. Quite a few reviews have mentioned undercooked meat, but that wasn’t our experience. Cheese fries were great but if you’re paying for cheese, there should be a good amount of cheese. There wasn’t really enough. Most of my fries had to go without. I’d just order the regular fries if I went back. Enjoyed the coffee and donuts shake but no real “donut” flavor, just coffee. It was a tasty shake for folks who like coffee. Also enjoyed the regular chocolate shake and the non-dairy chocolate shake. Service was fine. We used the kiosks and asked a person at the counter for more napkins and a knife. He was friendly and helpful. I might return if I were in the area.
October 5–I did return. Very nice black truffle burger! Wow. Tasty fries (plain), but the black and white shake was runny and warm! Ew. Time to try someplace else.

I placed an order online. Used three offers: $5 shakes and $3 fries and $10 big shack. The Big Shack was great value: the meat was thick and juicy, I could barely fit the burger in my mouth.

I had the black and white shake: cold and creamy, the flavors of the shake complemented each other.

The fries were a bit cold but that’s cause I had to drive from Chandler. They were still very crispy.

Overall, portions were good and prices can be good if you order online. will return!

So let me start by saying that I do enjoy shake shack. Not that baby said this visit seem to be a joke. It might just be the location because the Scottsdale location is always been good to me.

This shake shack in particular couldn’t figure out a well-done burger to save their lives, there was hair in my son’s chicken nuggets, of which he has given nine instead of the six that you had ordered. We had to ask for condiments and silverware and the 15 to 20 minute wait was made worse by the entire dinning room being in the 80s

I do recommend Shake shack, but I would avoid this location at all costs.
