First time eating at MOD pizza in my life and man I was lost so many options to choose from. Nathan was helping my family and I and he was great easy to talk to and handled our four pizzas without an issue he was even kind enough to make some modifications to our pizza before they went into the oven. The pizza came out great. Will be definitely coming back !

I hadn’t been to a MOD Pizza in almost five years, so this visit felt like a bit of a homecoming. The line wasn’t long, but the service was slower than expected, especially for a fast-casual spot like this.
The atmosphere was pleasant and not too crowded. It was noticeably hot inside, which I assume was due to the combination of the 90-plus degree weather and the oven.
I built a custom pizza and was pleased with both the taste and the seasoning. However, there was an issue with my order. One of the staff members stepped up and remade my pizza, going above and beyond to make it right. That kind of customer service is what earned them a solid 4 stars.

I’ve never dined in, but frequently order for delivery. I picked up for the first time today and Tina was so nice. I was exhausted, in the middle of a family member being hospitalized who wouldn’t eat the hospital food, and she was kind enough to bring the food to my car. I love that the pizzas and salads are the same price no matter what the ingredients. I love that their crust is different and tastes not only more high quality, but less processed than other chains. I love thin crust. I love pesto. I live artichoke hearts. And, I love sliced tomatoes on my pizza!

I used to love this location. I came in around 10pm, they had 4 people in line, I was the 5th. Two guys were working the pies, one tall older gentleman on the fire oven and the younger guy on the pizza line. Once the young guy got to me, he started yawning and acting like he hated his job. He didn’t even ask me what I wanted. I told him what I wanted and he rolled his eyes. Then bent over to grab the GF crusts. Everything he did, he did it while complaining he was tired. Then he said, I’m not even a pizza guy I’m a welder. To which I said, “oh well then you’re in the wrong profession! I just hope my pizza is made with love because I’m a mod regular.” He continued to complain. Then I paid for my food. I don’t like to make a big of things but this guy really hated his job. All mod pizza locations I’ve been to the people are so chill, I’m not sure why this one was hired, but he’s a total dud. Anyway, I hope he changes his attitude or life is gonna kick him down so hard. Oh my pizza came out burnt btw but the older gentleman in the back made up for it.

Honestly, the food here is always amazing. The crispy crust, the amount of toppings. Only complaint is the guy working there in charge of toppings, was slow. Like had no haste and couldn’t care less.

Tried the vegan pizzas and while I was not expecting them to taste like a regular MOD pizza (which are typically great), these tasted like sadness and despair dressed up in fancy, ill fitting clothes. Id rather have had tomato sauce on gluten free toast.

The entire staff at this MOD did an excellent job yesterday. I especially want to recognize Eve. The first girl we approached was busy making lots of salads. This put more pressure on Eve. She was making pizzas AND taking orders. She kept a happy, positive attitude the whole time and the pizza she made me was perfect! I didn’t get her name but the young lady putting the pizzas in the oven and taking them out was also doing a great job. I hope management realizes what a great staff they have at this location. ESPECIALLY EVE!

I think it’s great how you can design your pizza however you want-cheeses, sauce, meats and veggies. It’s filling but doesn’t make you feel bloated since hey have the thin crust too! The food quality is great, and the people are always nice. I love their lemonade too. Definitely a great place to go with friends and family!

Great pizza! but… do not trust the delivery times stated on the app. Delivered 22 min after the quoted pickup time. Very bad for those with a schedule. Would be great if the app can update delivery time on the fly.
Topping were right but not cooked to order (oven crispy). Still good but lack of attention to details it could have been perfect.
I will still continue to go back but… just need flexibility with timing.

I came here today to pick up a DoorDash order, and I was treated with complete disrespect. The staff member looked at me with disdain, ignored me for several minutes, and didn’t even bother to say sorry for the long wait. He was kind and attentive to other customers, but when it came to me, his attitude completely changed.
I understand that restaurants can get busy, but there’s no excuse for treating delivery drivers like we are less than anyone else. We work hard, too, and we deserve basic respect. I left feeling humiliated and deeply disappointed.
