This place is absolutely old and filthy. You need to close this place for a week or longer and do some serious cleaning and remodeling. Wallpaper hanging off and coming apart. The vents and ceiling fans are so bad. The drink station horrendous. The food we received was not even on the warm side and had to ask for fresh to be made. It was bad. Trash can was overflowing, trash on top because it was too full. Dirty tables with plates and trash. No napkins, ball of hair on the floor, floor so dirty, drink/condiment area was so filthy, lids all over, I had to ask for a rag to wipe out our roof and the table. Placed order at 6:02 pm. It’s almost 6:30 still waiting on food. This is terrible. Also the KFC in Mustang is just like this one. Come on Staff, I know you can better than this. Oh and one of my pieces of shrimp was still frozen, I took it to the counter person and she didn’t know that it was a piece of shrimp. She asked if it was chicken. Come on, now!! This is my last dine in experience at LJS/A&W

Workers are sweet. I stopped here because my husband loves long john silvers but ours in elk city closed so he hasn’t eaten it in a while. I ordered the salmon for my child who loves salmon and it was like jerky and burnt. Other then the wait time on the salmon and it being over done the food was great. Will come back.

Worst ever experience I’ve ever had at LJS. It took the staff 37 minutes to get our food out to us. Then they didn’t have anything right. Never got our cheese curds, I ordered the #11 meal that comes with 2 fish and 3 chicken plus an extra fish, my meal came out with 3 pieces of fish and 1 piece of (chicken) that was no bigger than my little finger, and shrimp. We told them the order was wrong. Also they didn’t have French fries, and they gave me about 5 waffle fries. The condiment area was filthy, the tables hadn’t been cleaned, the floor was trash filled! Plus your manager was rude to my wife, “say the cheese curds needed to be cooked” when she went to the front to ask about them. We never received them!!!To me they should have been cooked the time that ticket was handed back to the cook station!
We along with 4 or 5 others ask for a refund due to lack of proper service, and especially the lack of people not knowing how to manage, and maintaining a great establishment. I took pictures of the store. I hope you can work on your management, and retrain your staff, because I can see this store closing if it doesn’t get taken care of! Photos are below!

Enjoyable variety of seafood and chicken. Miss having one in my town. Pretty fast and friendly service. Everything was hot and fresh, cooked to order. Lots to choose from. Very convenient being right off the highway. The restaurant was pretty clean considering they were probably short staffed. They did what they cook.

Dining room closed so we did drive through. Immediately we were informed they were out of chicken.
So we both ordered the 2 piece fish meal. One with coleslaw, the other, green beans. Upon receiving our food in a bag we sat in the parking lot to eat. We live over 100 miles away. We had no forks, napkins or tarter sauce, ketchup or malted vinegar. We had 7 cars in front of us.
We looked inside the meal boxes & discover I have 13 stale HARD fries, the other person has 11. Both our hush puppies are not even warm. The fish was re-fried, soggy & greasy. The coleslaw was ok, green beans were slightly warm. Finally at the window they dude says “oh, I forgot to ask if wanted tarter sauce & stuff.” Had to repeat 3 times “napkins, forks, malt vinegar, tarter sauce, ketchup.” 3 TIMES! The name on our receipt is Jaime C.
He appeared to be “shabby” & unkempt. Greasy hair, & possibly stoned. Goofy like “auhhh, ok, ha-ha, say that again” 3 TIMES! We parked at the entrance to eat out old stale greasy food. He did give us more stale room temperature hush puppies & fries. We observed a greasy haired, shabby dressed, shorts & tye-dye t-shirt, female open the dining room door & had a conversation with a guy with a Popeyes bag. Then a female came out with some super sheer extremely see through pants. We were thankful she wore panties. Again, shabby shirt & appeared unkempt, got in a car & sat there. 15 minutes later 2 shabby dressed, unkempt people came out & got in the same car & they left. The advertising on the side of the building is pealing, cracked & so color faded you can’t even tell what it is. I found a CRICKET LEG on my fish! It’s in my photos! I puked.
We were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in EVERYTHING about this Yukon store. We will definitely not return & caution our friends & families not to visit the Yukon location. I’m also contacting corporate & requesting a refund.

Ordered at 4:46, was told fish would be ready in 5minutes. After 20minutes of waiting I was told mine was next. As I watched they ran out of fish to fill my order. A different work then said it is hard for them to predict how long it takes, at 30 minutes in I requested a refund and left with no food. By this time there was at least 5 others waiting on their food and not happy. This is just poor management. Does LJS realize this is why so many of their stores are closing??

I ordered two of the sampler platters and this is what I got. I spent $35 and they were very very rude about it. Plus the grease look like it was old but for $35 this is what I got.

My son chose this place to eat for lunch. We had a party of four, and we decided to go Dutch. There wasn’t much of a line so we were quick to order and Zach, the cashier, was so nice to all of us. Mom’s credit card had some trouble in their machine, but they figured it out. We had quite a wait for our food, like they were making it all by scratch, even though there wasn’t many customers. The food was good. I think mom’s eyes were bigger than her stomach..she ordered the variety platter for $9.00 and two plates came full of food, she’s taking over half of it home. My son and I ordered hot fudge and strawberry cheesecake sundaes for dessert, another long wait, so we took it to go. Basically, good food, nice seating, slow service. The place and restrooms looked clean.
