I ordered this salmon and shrimp dinner about 2 weeks ago. The biscuits are always cooked to perfection with the buttered garlic. The salmon was juicy and the shrimp had a great grilled smoky flavor. The Caesar salad was not well presented in the container; However, it was fresh and crisp. The broccoli was prepared just right. They what just the right amount of snap to them when you bit into it. The whole meal smelled quite inviting and taste good. I recommend this whole meal.

OMG Two Thumbs Up . Food so good, it will make you slap yourself . I’m was totally impressed. I was salivating , licking my lips because the food was so awesome and flavored to taste. On Point . Hostess was so pleasant. Kudos to her, made my nephew smile and blush ☺️. Keep up the excellent work. Stay safe and blessed . Just wonderful.

I haven’t been to a Red Lobster in over a decade. Let’s just say not impressed and probably won’t be back to one. I know that food is never going to look like the pictures but you guys didn’t even try and you can clearly see that you just microwaved the food. I had your shrimp linguine and didn’t taste fresh at all the shrimp. I’m praying that I don’t get food poisoning from eating the 1 shrimp. The linguine was good thought. The waiter was nice.

Would have to say absolutely worst dining experience I have ever had. Waited 30 min. To be seated, when there were numerous tables open. Once seated we did receive our drinks and rolls. Then 27min later our waitress came to take our order, asked for a refill at this time. It took over an hour to get a Dr. Pepper. Then it took 20 more min. Before we ever saw our waitress again. This should be a negative 5stars.

Everything was delicious, the only downside was that part of our order was cold, they did replace it and comp that part of the meal, but it took quite some time.

Not sure if it was an off night or what was going on. I was the only person dining in my party. It only took about 10 minutes to be seated, but it was probably another 10 before the server came. He took my order and then brought my alcoholic drink from the bar and asked if I was ready to order. I told him I had just ordered and he started looking through his notepad. Then he says “oh yeah here it is!”

Fast forward another 10-15 minutes and a different server comes by and asks if I’m alright and if my order had been taken. I said yes and told her my order so she could “make sure they were working on it.” 5 minutes later I got my side salad and appetizer. An HOUR later I finally got my meal. Of course the server came by and apologized that the kitchen was backed up, but never refilled my empty water glass or asked if I wanted another alcoholic beverage until my food had been delivered. Then it took a while for the check to come and then another 15 minutes before he came back to cash me out. GOOD THING I WAS NOT IN ANY HURRY. I was really looking forward to this dinner after a long day of traveling and was extremely disappointed.

I waited here with 11 of my friends for almost 2 hours before we were seated. They had seated two other groups that arrived after we did and when we checked with them it turned out they had removed our names from the list. Apparently this was after the Polaris location had turned us away. I called earlier in the day to reserve a table and I was told to call an hour before to reserve and when I did they apologized and said they couldn’t take us until 9 PM. I love the food at Red Lobster but their seating system needs a lot of improvement.

I was served this old and overcooked Lobster tail, the broccoli was missing. The most insulting experience was when the supervisor tried to explain to me the difference between the Lobster I ordered and the 2 different Lobster tails Red Lobster sold.
By the look of this Lobster apparently she didn’t know. Never offered to replace with a fresh meal so I didn’t accept the horrible meal. Worst ever

This was by far, THE WORST experience Ive had at a Red Lobster restaurant. Upon entering, we were not greeted for at least 2 minutes. Then we had to wait 15 minutes…and the place was practically empty. The decor is outdated. The server was in a bad mood, and the food was horrific.

I was totally stunned (SHOCKED), when my broccoli arrived with brown edges!! I sent it back, and just ate the endless shrimp, which I “ended” abruptly, then got up out of there.
