Stopped by , before college to grab lunch . My Double beef burrito was completely filled with rice . This is not the first time . It’s seem the same crew is always working inside and they still can’t seem to get the right proportions which is sad. Everytime I stop by there is also a secret worker sitting in the corner . Who just stares and makes you feel uncomfortable. Maybe she should be in the kitchen watching over her employees . I also notice that there is always the same order under the name Joseph . Which will probably get changed after this review . Could this be a sting operation for stolen mobile orders who knows ? Besides that completely terrible service . Look over you employees to ensure the are doing there job correct . Also always take 15+ minutes for the simplest order . If I was you I’d go to a different location .

This place needs some serious revamping. Every time, something is forgotten. Every single time. The way they can’t properly read orders, I’m afraid they can’t remember to safely handle food. Not only that, the employees are disrespectful. This is why i steer clear from this place. Unfortunately, my family likes Taco Bell. We will be taking the trip to 14 mile and Groesbeck going forward.

Had 2 completely different orders under the same name. Get home & discover they gave 2 of the 1st order instead AND was supposed to substitute beef for chicken but got beef. It was too late to go back because I had to go to work. Usually this location is decent but very bad experience this time. There is no customer service on the app after an order is already made. On top of that we wasted a $10 off coupon on the app!

Absolutely Terrible. This location is the worst. They’ll leave you standing in the lobby over an hour while they handle drive thru orders because they get timed for those. Corporate can’t see that your standing in the lobby for an hour. So they don’t worry about those customers. That and the staff is rude when they do choose to communicate which is rarely. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND

I cannot believe how rude the staff was to me. We placed an order online. I went in to pick it up. I stood there for 10 minutes. Everyone just walked right by me never acknowledged me. I finally started knocking on the counter and someone from the drive-through came over and asked if I wanted to place an order I said no I would like to pick up an order that we placed. She act like I was wasting her time. She was too busy for me. She kept pacing back-and-forth. I asked if everything was there for my order and she walked away and I would only assume it was a manager that came over and said to me this is the way we do it. Everything‘s here I said, doDon’t I have a drink. he said yes, brought them to me and said if I wasn’t happy, he could refund my order. I said I do not want a refund. I just wanted my order, but everyone was too busy to take care of the customer that stood there at the counter for over 10 minutes and not even acknowledge though I would hope a district manager reads this and takes action.

They don’t have a person take your order. Instead you have to use a kiosk thus taking the job of someone who could help you with your order.
We wanted to dine in and they handed us a bag with our food in it.
I said,”We said we’re dining here.”
Dumbfounded girl said, “Ok.” And walked away. So when dining in you don’t get a tray? Unbelievable!
The food was ok, but the lack of service and unintelligent staff show me that I need never eat here again.
And the price was ridiculously high.
Certainly if they’re charging that much for tacos, they can pay someone to take my order!

Absolutely the worst taco bell no need for exaggerating it is the lowest quality food service I’ve ever experienced. Orders are never right the orders are often so wrong that it’s comical except being extremely hungry and low on cash doesn’t make it so funny in the moment. There have been very large time gaps in between visits to this location but consistently it’s always a terrible experience. The staff seem confused and ignorant to the concept of customer service and I hate that for them. Please consider closing this location for training and or hiring more qualified individuals to run this location. I’m both sick and sad about the unfortunate circumstances I was subjected to by having made the horrible life decision of stopping at this location.

This Taco Bell is a joke. The service is absolutely horrible—slow, rude, and completely unprofessional. On top of that, there’s always an employee hovering over customers like a parole officer, breathing down your neck while you wait for a mobile order, acting like everyone is trying to steal.
It’s uncomfortable, disrespectful, and honestly pathetic. If you’re that worried about theft, maybe fix your broken system instead of treating paying customers like criminals. Terrible experience every time. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t usually leave reviews but time and time again this place continues to mess up almost every order. My wife’s food always has stuff on it that isn’t supposed to be there. The “soft” taco shells are usually hard and stale. And they forget whole items from the order. It’s very disappointing.

I ordered three softa, a reward of a free, softtaco, Lux box and all they gave me was two grilled cheese burritos and some nacho fries which is not the thing I ordered. They also gave me my drinks which thankfully I did order the Baja blast large and Baja blast large slush, but this is not the right amount of food for what I paid for which was about $16. I’ve never been so disappointed in Taco Bell. Sadly, because I did this through mobile order they can’t give me a refund on my money back, but they will give me a refund through remaking the order another day as long as I contact one of their managers. Usually, they get the orders correct here other than once in a while forgetting I said no tomato but this is the one time they completely screwed up my order. They only gave me the correct drinks, but everything else is incorrect. I usually come here to eat because I am a college student and it’s right by the McComb College and the quality of food isn’t bad and the people are usually really nice. Just when going here be careful because they could get the order wrong or forget something.
Update: With a manager’s permission I received the best customer service from Meghan and Jamar they helped me when I went back a week later with remaking my order for free they were very kind and understanding best service I’ve gotten here! I also had gone into the restaurant for the first time in a long time and they had redone a lot of stuff on the inside. I think it would be a pretty nice spot to chill and eat here. The atmosphere is pretty Good and the food is always hot here. Just wish that my order didn’t get messed up last week, but I think they did a really good job with trying to fix it which I really appreciate! The people here are amazing!
