I visited Blue Pointe with my partner for a casual date and we loved it!
We were sat very quickly outdoors which was nice, the weather was allowing. The waiter was very friendly and recommended dishes he thought we’d like. Service was great.
We ordered Oysters, Brussels, seabass and their burger. Let me tell you my favorite thing was those Brussels. What a delicious side dish- I really need the recipe. They reheat so well in the air fryer too! My partner and I loved our food, we’ll definitely end up coming back soon.

The food was good but PRICEY! I had the sriracha salmon and my husband had the shrimp scampi. We shared the Brussel sprouts and a side salad. It was way too much food for us but it was nice to have leftovers. The service was lacking. Our server didn’t seem to want us there and consistently rolled his eyes at us when we asked for no ice in our water and for boxes to take our leftovers. Other than the poor service, the food was good and the environment was nice.

Picked out this place for my birthday dinner and was not disappointed. The seafood was delicious and amazing. Oysters were soo good and fresh. The atmosphere was just right. Service was great. Our server Justin was awesome. He was knowledgeable and friendly. They also gave us a discount because it was a birthday dinner. Very cool. Will definitely go back.

My wife and I took my mother-in-law to this restaurant for her birthday. The food was delicious, and the presentation was exquisite. We didn’t have reservation, but the staff was very accommodating. The manager, Susan, was so kind and welcoming. Our waiter was also very nice. We will definitely be back!

Passed this restaurant a hundred million times but finally went in for an early Valentine’s Day lunch today. Can’t stop thinking about how great everything was. Coming from a couple of service industry veterans we were thoroughly impressed. They had a filet Oscar special for Valentine’s Day with two petite filets, they were perfect, which it’s super easy to mess up those smaller filets. The crab on top was also amazing, so many crab cakes are full of filler and pepper and onions but this was so much crab. Our server said the woman in the kitchen who prepares them has been at it for 20 years. Our server was also the bartender I believe and he mentioned being there 10+ years which shows me the staff is well taken care of and that extends into their service and culinary craft. We will be back for sure 🙂

As a realtor, I’m always paying attention to great local spots I can recommend, and Blue Oyster is one of my favorites. I love the location in Bell Tower Shops because it’s surrounded by shopping, which makes it an easy stop before or after walking around.
The food here is SO good. The oysters are always on point, the crab cakes are incredible, and the brussels sprouts are a must-order every time.
They also have some great happy hour specials, and I really love the chill, dim-light atmosphere inside. It’s relaxed, cozy, and perfect for unwinding.
Such a great spot with amazing food and vibes, highly recommend!

Blue Pointe is en pointe. Fabulous dining experience, from start to finish. Greeted by a charming and witty host, me and my party of 3 were seated promptly. Rachel, our gracious server was attentive and made us feel welcomed. The food was phenomenal. The Brussel sprouts are a must have and are, in my opinion, to die for. I had to order some to take home. The flavor profile was like none I have ever had, sweet, savory, a tad smokey, reminiscent of a teriyaki twang. I had the shrimp and scallop risotto which also was fabulous. Baby brother had the Paella, a family favorite, done to Andalusian perfection. Chef’s kiss and complements to Aaron Nurse the chef that Sunday. Happy hour was nice as well, my martinis were great. I would definitely return again with friends and family. Highly recommend.

Picked up seafood paella from this place and it was disgusting. The food had a strong smell right away, and when I walked out, a bunch of flies followed me to my car — that’s how bad it was. The lobster meat was rotten and mushy, like it had been sitting around for days. The smell even stayed in my car for days after. Definitely not fresh — never going back.
