i try to avoid this taco bell on skibo mostly because i hear they are horrible.. someone i know found an earring in his food before. but this was the closest location to me today and i wanted to stop by. in my bag of food was that black thing (not sure what it is) and there was a piece of hair in my wrapper from my grilled cheese burrito. unacceptable.

Iwould give zero stars if I could! I waited 15 minutes after I ordered before someone addressed me. Not only were they unprofessional, they are also very unsanitary! Touching food with the same gloves you are touching everything else with is disgusting! This order was for someone else but I did inform them not to eat there!

Speedy drive thru service and polite employee. Got my bag of food wrapped like a gift. It had a sticker on the bag! Napkins inside with the sauce. Well excuse me. Taco Bell! Go on!! Ate the soft taco on the way home but didn’t attempt the hard tacos while driving. When I got home I realized the hard shell tacos were packaged in a box which appeared to make it easy for “on the road” eating! Who would have thought? I hadn’t ordered from a Taco Bell in a long rime but the food is just as I remember it. But please bring back the chili cheese burrito !

This one is for my fellow big backs who are balling on a budget! Listen, this Taco Bell location is pretty good for this area. Now, next time you go. Get 2 of their Load beef nachos. Each tray is under $4 with tax. I’ve tried ordering this same item at other locations and..sigh. It was giving depression, shrinkflation, I hate my life. NOT HERE! They have consistently knocked it out of the park. So much so that today I went back for seconds and look at me, they even got me out here writing a glorious review, and they don’t even know it!! Lol

It’s Taco Bell. The food is the same as virtually any other. My problem is the maintenance is slacking here. Without disassembling the top of the napkin dispenser, it was impossible to grab a simple napkin. The men’s restroom door slams against the wall with the slightest force… the men’s restroom door is also positioned right next to the order station, so when someone entered the men’s room, I looked out and made awkward eye contact with an unfortunate female while I was urinating. I then went to wash my hands at a sink that was littered with Paul Masson airplane bottles, the automatic faucet released only a trickle of water, and the soap dispenser would not activate to release soap.
I brought these things to the attention of the general manager who facetiously told me “thank you for your input”. This place is trash ran by trash for trash. Don’t come here if you have any class about yourself at all.

first time at taco bell ever (i know, don’t butcher me) and it was pretty good. the fries were great and the crunchwrap supreme was good too. wished there was more beef in it though. the cinnamon twists weren’t my favorite so i’d pass on those next time. staff here were nice too. the lobby was just a little messy but would come again.

Ordered take-out on website. Picked up, get home and missing the kids’ portion. Called to let them know so we could get it fixed. Asked about returning whole order to get made together, because lets be honest… do you eat in front of your children and not feed them? The man’s response? “I made the order correct, I’m not remaking the order. Come get the missing items or don’t bother coming!” And this man hung up.
Look, we all make mistakes. We all have bad days. Apparently there are also conflicting definitions of the word “correct”. “Missing items” and “correctly made order” are NOT synonymous. Hanging up on customers and refusing to give me my correct order made together, while giving attitude over your mistake is asinine!
Edited to add a photo of the “correct” and now cold food, made wrong. So missing food, getting hung up on, and incorrect food. The missing soft tacos without lettuce were for the kids. There wasn’t special instructions for anything else, but the dorito tacos were missing lettuce. Customer service is so important. Being nasty to people is unnecessary, regardless.

Was in search of a quick breakfast and this was it. I placed my order at the kiosk which was friendlier than the workers at the counter. They did get my order correct but failed to slice completely through my breakfast quesadilla. Had to dock them a star for that. As far as Taco Bell goes, this restaurant is better than most of the others I’ve visited.

The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because of the friendliness of the young lady who took my order. My food however looks absolutely disgusting. I’ve ordered this item before and know without a shadow of a doubt that it shouldn’t look like roadkill.
