My chaotic happy place. The tacos arrive hotter than my ex’s temper, the curly fries are basically crack, and the staff moves like caffeinated squirrels on a mission. Ordered at 2 a.m. once and felt genuinely seen. 10/10 would risk my arteries again. Bless this clown and his glorious munchies.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the order got mixed up and the wait was long, which isn’t a big deal. The guy at the front counter was clearly on his phone and hunched over, making it look like he was on something. For over 10+ minutes in front of people.Despite the mistake with the food, and the worker. the teriyaki bowl was fire.

Is Jack in the box is definitely one of my favorites due to its location international airport in SeaTac it is open 24 hours a day a young man who is a client mentioned while getting a quick snack prior to our tattoo session it was apparent that the management there had provided the most charming young lady who served our meal with the utmost prompt and hospitality enriched sincerity. He said to me that obviously this was a form of eye candy as well and that it to him showed how much this was to him also one of the very best Jack in the boxes in the northwest. I told him one of the things about leaving the SeaTac area is that no matter where you went you could never have such service especially 24 hours a day.

Ordered French toast sticks. They were not well cooked, a bit raw in the middle. Since it was not a town I am from, I had to continue my driving route. Order came up to $11.90. I gave the cashier $22 – so I could get $10.10 change. Anyways, I recieved 10 /$1 bills. OK, that’s why I gave to 2/$1’s

Just picked-up one of their new cheddar-loaded cheeseburgers. That thing must have been hanging out under the heat lamp for at the very least half an hour. The bread was hard, the patty was like leather, and the veggies were cooked. I assume it was an abandoned order, because she asked if I wanted bacon on it, I said no; but when I unwrapped the burger there was a piece of bacon still stuck to the cheese, like they had pulled off the bacon from a long ago ordered burger. I understand that they may be short staffed right now, but that is no excuse for giving me an old, crusty burger. I will never, ever order from them again, and I suggest anyone with taste does the same. I would like to add that this used to be my go-to burger joint. Sad, just so sad.*

Maria is very disrespectful she laugh at me for using coupons that JACK IN THE BOX sent us through mail . She was not being helpful I asked for the manager several times and she was laughing. Once the night manager TOD spoke to us about the coups , he was also was being very VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL I had one coupon and my neighbor had another coupon for him WE WERE DOING TWO DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS and we were in the same car. the manager TOD only took one coupon and was telling me for policy we had to get out the car and do a different transaction when I was telling him from a start that, they are two different transactions TOD made us go back in the line and do another order which made no sense WHEN ONE COUPON WAS FOR BURGERS AND TACOS THAT COME WITH FRIES AND THE OTHER COUPON WAS FOR A SHAKE TOD LITERALLY MADE US GO AROUND FOR A SHAKE . once we went around and Maria saw us again she was laughing at us , CHECK YOUR CAMERAS , once we got home and saw all the food it was COLD the tacos were not cooked all the way my kids did not even get the chance to eat we threw the food away .

Worst service from all the Jack in the boxes I’ve been too. Took 11 minutes to get someone to take my order in the drive thru. I pulled around the corner and nobody was at all in line. Drove up to the window and it took another 7 minutes to get my cup of salad. Employee apologized stating she was supposed to be there at 10pm and I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:07pm. My order was took at 10:18 and my receipt was processed at 10:25pm. I do not recommend this location. The salad doesn’t even look like any of the other Jack in the box salads. This Location is poorly ran and definitely not worth the money.
