Homemade Ranch tasted Old and Did not Fit my Pallet. Wife ordered a Sweet Tea and they gave her a Small even though the Large is Same Price. Krista is Always Nice though and Kathy has an Excellent Crew.

We frequently eat at this Bojangles a lot because it is so clean. I have never had any issues but today we went and got chicken & slaw the slaw was absolutely disgusting. I could not eat it was so gross. My husband took it back & the manager was extremely rude.She said that the slaw was made the day before & there was nothing wrong with it. It was so gross it looked like it had grass in it & it was extremely runny. I’ve never had slaw like that & this manager was very rude and disrespectful. This was on Saturday evening at around four pm. I’m very disappointed with the store now.

First visit to this restaurant in Westlake Corner. I got a two piece leg and thigh deal. The chicken did not have much flavor at all bizarrely. Having worked at Bo’s before, this was odd. The chicken was just so bland.

Otherwise, the place was clean and the staff were nice. I do recommend this restaurant as there isn’t much else in terms of fast food in Westlake.

All Bojangles Restaurant locations serve chicken buckets that are to spicy and are not edible for our family. Why can’t they sell original recipe buckets and include hot sauce.
They don’t care and won’t listen to their customers.
WE CANNOT EAT THE CHICKEN.

Horrible experience this morning. Ordered for curbside delivery. Was there on time and it was about 10 minutes later when I finally was walking in and someone was bringing it out. Drive through was moving fast. But WORST of all, took out my napkins only to find lip gloss on one of them.

I have always been very pleased with the chicken at this location, but today the chicken in the regular 2 piece dinner #12 was so spicy and hot I couldn’t eat it. The rest of the meal was fine.
