Never in my 40 years have I ever gone to a bad BK…until now. An older employee was very rude and started complaining that we are making her dining room dirty. There was one other customer and he ate fast and left. Before that, she had a very rude, condescending tone and treated us like garbage. She made us feel like we weren’t welcome there. We are a multi-racial family, and I feel like she was being racist towards us. She did the same to 3 hispanic customers. She treated them like us. The problem is, your employee asume I’m Hispanic. Guess what, I’m Asian, as in Indian. It really disappoints me that this location has really hone down hill.Then, the food was extremely terrible. So bad that my husband, and 2 young adult kids, and myself got really sick off the food. Everything was too salty, and fried foods were dark in color, and tasted terrible. Which tells me someone got lazy and didn’t clean the fryer. And you could taste that the fries and fish from sandwich were fried together, as the tasted like each. I’m disabled and have doctors I see that way. This is last time I go to this BK. Last time I was at this location was 2018. And employee was saying it’s not our way, but her way. When mgt finally came up, she wouldn’t look in our direction nor speak to us. Worst BK on the East Coast

I wanted to get three burger patties for my dog and the manager wanted to ring me up for a full sandwich. She wasn’t willing to just ring me up for just the Pattys. I went to McDonald’s instead where there was about 25 cars in the Drive-Thru and zero cars at Burger King. It’s no wonder McDonald’s has better customer service!

I visited last night, February 18th, around 9:00 PM. Despite a long wait with only two people working, the customer service was excellent. It was clearly hectic, but I truly appreciate their hard work and effort to make sure my order was correct!”

They earned this one. Ordered from the app while already waiting in the drive-thru for about 5 minutes. Waited in queue for 30 minutes before i got to the window. There were 3 cars in front by the time i told the speakerbox that i ordered… One truck sat at the window for almost 20 minutes. At other BKs, when my order is 60 seconds away, they ask me to pull up and they will bring it out. Not here. My food was cold.. when i got it. The order was wrong on one sandwich to boot. The worst experience I’ve had in years. Maybe decades.

I’ve lived here for two years now, maybe gone here like 8 times and every single time no matter what time of day or how many cars there are , it is hands down the worst and slowest drive through I have ever experienced every single time, wasting gas… today was the last straw, never again, took 5 minutes just to take my order while I sat at the order screen and then 5 minutes of fussing with the cash register, still no burger or payment had happened so I left. Never again.

Remember to always check everything!! I ordered 3 12pc chicken fries. Made it home only to find 6 in one box, 10 and 9 in the other two boxes. One box was a meal so i guess the plus was my fries were hot but to pay 21.64 and get cheated as if prices aren’t crazy enough is INSANE. Andrea was nice and i cant blame her because i know she didnt prepare or bag it, only serve it to me. Service is usaully great and the gentlemen with the beard is always on point but today im disappointed.
