Seems they have people pull up and wait for food to keep their “cycle times” down. They just had myself and 4 other vehicles, back to back, pull up or into a spot and wait (then hitting their button to mark as done in the timing system).

Worst experience I’ve had in mount pleasant save the time and go to literally any other fast food in town. Garbage and waste of a 20 min drive. Put in a mobile order at 10:10. Drive 20 minutes to find out I can’t get my food. What’s the point in the app if you don’t start making it until I get there? Then I have to wait for a refund to top it off. EVERYONE drive the extra 10 mins for mission mcdonalds !!!!!

Ordered online and went through the drive thru. Waited in line for about 20 mins and all the food was cold. I placed the order while waiting in line and I could have went to a restaurant and had a sit down meal faster then the drive thru.

Well I thought what an odd place to have a golden arches smidgen out of the mount pleasant city limits off M20 all the previous restaurants in mount pleasant just passed to get here but apparently I’m wrong because I’ve never seen a busier McD ever indoors and drive thru cluttered with folks

Went through the drove through just now, ordered 2 happy meals. Get to the pick up window, get one, ask where the other is and get told that I’m going to have to BACK through the drive through because THEY messed up. Then order another happy meal via the mobile app while we are waiting for the rest of our food. We have literally been sitting in the curbside pick up for over 10 min. Ridiculous

Went here yesterday for breakfast and got a egg sausage cheese McMuffin it had am eggshell on it. My husband called and they said we had to bring the food back but we were already on the road to work. Needless to say it went in the trash. So gross. Not happy at all

The staff themselves are nice, but the management are very rude. If by chance your order is wrong be very careful if you call them, they will start extraordinarily rude and only get worse from there.
