After Red Devil Restaurant came to the White Mountains, from being graciously greeted at the door, to seating, to ordering food, and the food of then was of impeccable quality, I am so sorry to review that my experience there today was not the same as other times I have dined at this restaurant on the lunch menu. Tristan graciously greeted me, seating me in the area of the bar of my choice. The waitress who took my order was unprofessional as she snacked on a pop tart behind the bar in plain view discussing with the other waitress about getting her nails done. This restaurant has a history of charging for menu items as though it’s worth it. For example: I ordered a garden salad that had increased in price to $4.99 from $2.99 and I was given mostly greens a few red onion pieces, a few carrot shavings, and one olive. Seriously? I ordered the Spaghetti with sauce and one meatball. The sauce did not taste like the original recipe and has not in years. In fact, the sauce did not even taste like Italian seasonings had been added; the sauce was very bland. There was also a bed of water under my pasta indicating to me that the pasta had not been drained. When a restaurant of such a high level of acclaimed reputation starts raising prices, management should be overseeing every detail is of superior quality, including the professionalism of every single staff member. My experience with Tristan at the door and at check out was superior. Everyone else there should look to him and follow his lead. Thank you Tristan for listening to me with an open mind. Yummy and relaxing! We had the Italian Trio and the Grilled Chicken Alfredo, both delicious. And the chicken Alfredo had broccoli in it, a definite plus. There was a slight wait for seating, but at 5:30 that’s to be expected. The food took a while to prepare, but the server let us know the kitchen was backed up, so no worries there either. And as already noted, food was delicious! And copious; we have enough left over for another yum meal.

Great pizza! Tasty crust with good flavor. Came here on a Saturday night, so it was busy, but I can see why. Service was good and felt well taken care of. My only complaint is they charged me a fee for using a credit card. I know margins are tight, but include your processing fee in the price.

Ordered the 4 meat calzone, which surprisingly had very little meat!! Most of the calzone was crust with very little space allocated for filling.
Getting a drink refill required flagging down a random server because our waitress never came back until it was time to present the check.
The chicken alfredo had more broccoli in the bowl than chicken or pasta. My son complained that is was cold and he was still hungry when his meal was gone.
My wife commented on how little came on her plate of chicken picada.
Maybe the chef was cutting costs or had an off night?

Good service. Didn’t have to wait much here. Pizza is solid. But cost was a bit high. Like most places in town, it’s older and not super modern or anything. Lots of food options, but recommend the pizza!

This place was recommended to me because the staff was just as friendly as the food was good, and both exceeded expectations. The host even let me pick which brownie I wanted out of the only two left by letting me hold each one and decide which one spoke to me, which is just unprecedented top shelf customer service. I bought a jacket to rep them in my home town 7 hours away.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this place is so horrible I would give zero stars if I could. We were told 30 min wait to be seated and then another 30 min wait for food. Which didn’t sound too bad. We were seated after about 30 minutes. We waited over an hour after being seated and our pizza still hadn’t been served. Two hours of our time. I went to pay for our drinks and inform them we were leaving, they STILL didn’t even start cooking our order yet. So they were fine with us leaving. What was incredibly frustrating is being lied to about the wait time, especially when you have kids, are on vacation, and that’s a waste of two hours we won’t get back. This place is a joke.

Greeter, server were very nice, the food was awesome!!! I had a few rough days at work, so the couple kids that were noisy was a little bothersome— but could have been my recent situation. I would definitely come back when in the area.

The food is great! That is the main reason for the 4 star review. Our waitress was good too. Unfortunately, from the moment we entered the restaurant, it took us TWO HOURS to get our food!! We waited for a table for about 25 minutes. When we were seated, the waitress let us know that it was at least a 45 minute wait for food. That would have been good to know BEFORE we put our names in on the wait list. Anyway… the food was great! If I had to rate that alone it would be 5. The atmosphere gets 2 stars because there were loud, obnoxious kids in the booth next to us. There are signs asking customers to keep their children quiet, so perhaps management feels like they’ve done their due diligence. However, I feel that it is still their responsibility to say something to a child’s parents if they are being unreasonably disruptive, which was definitely the case. Believe me, I can handle a little noise, I have 6 kids, but this was obnoxious. So, overall I would say you should try it, the food is tasty! If you see a full restaurant when you enter, be prepared to settle in for a couple of hours! Or perhaps you can order it to go!
