First timers. Had a very nice salad with grilled chicken and the signature burger and fries. The burger was 1/2 lb with bacon, tomato and and an onion ring on it. It was huge and was accompanied by a generous order of fries. All washed down with some drinks from the self serve taps, where you pay by the ounce. And don’t forget the free self serve popcorn. We’re doing coming back.

Been here a couple times with my wife. This is an amazing concept that was love at first sight. The owner’s son told us about his father’s vision and the beer selection is expansive . The first time we came it was great . The second time … another story , my wife ordered a grilled chicken and it was funky smelling and not thoroughly cooked , she ordered wings and got tenders instead. I went to the front to ask the hostess for help and she said she didn’t know anything, even if she didn’t know anything , she could’ve shown a little interest in finding someone that does. We paid and tipped as normal (probably could’ve showed contrition by comping her meal) but haven’t been back and I walk past the place everyday with my son. Maybe one day because the atmosphere is great!

Restaurant has what appears should be a good sports bar environment, but has gone with a self ordering concept that does not work in my opinion. The host at the door gave us minimal information despite informing him it was our first time there, and told us to go order at the bar. We asked another employee how things work, and was still confused and just left out of frustration (they weren’t busy). If I want to pour my own beer I’ll just do so at home instead of being asked to tip 20% for serving myself.

My friends and I love going to Hops & Berry! The food is pretty good and we love the self-pour drinks along with their curated cocktails! The atmosphere is fun with the option of indoor and outdoor seating. There’s live music at times as well as music bingo nights (my personal favorite!) Highly recommend!

With it being our first time there, the host and hostess explained how Hops and Berry works. One would give over you card and get a little fob on a bracelet. Get a new glass each trip to the taps. Great beer selections and wine on tap. But the mudslide is amazing.
We also had the jerk wings, the mild wings and the Korean wings. All hot and crispy.
We will be back.

Overwhelmingly disappointing. Staff is clearly babies in the trade. We ordered at the front not knowing any better and not instructed to do better (hint: use the QR codes if you actually want your food to find you). The key tag we were given didn’t work for the drinks. The bartender was the only competent one front of house and when I asked about our food she apologized when I said it had been 30 minutes. Turns out they had “looked for us and couldn’t find us (in the one room) and put it all in a to go bag at the front” where it sat for who knows how long until I asked about it. The waitstaff tried to give us orders that weren’t ours 3 different times and told us we should just “ use the QR code” when they handed us the bag of cold food. Btw when we originally ordered at the front and asked if we needed a number we were told “no you’re all good”. The Caesar salad was obviously soggy and mostly cheese. My burger was burnt and dry. And generally the wait staff showed no care, sensitivity, or remorse. We are parents and paid a babysitter to come eat this meal. I don’t send things back or expect refunds, but I at least expect an acknowledgement of a wait and a mistake. Save yourself the frustration. We will not be back.

This is the ideal bar/restaurant for all occasions like watching “THE BIG GAME” to just grabbing a beer with friends to having family night and grabbing some games, popcorn, great food and hangout out on the couches.

The default 20% tip for a self-service establishment is ludicrous. Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ordering, condiments, silverware, etc are all self-service. Your receipt will also show an ADDITIONAL fee for using the app to order (which is the only method of ordering).
If you’re just going for drinks, this is a great indoor/outdoor casual spot. However, if you’re hungry, go somewhere else. This was some of the worst restaurant food I’ve had in quite some time.
The “cowboy caviar” tasted like canned black beans that still had the juice from the can. It’s a mystery to me how they made the chips so colorful and tasteless. The tacos were also surprisingly flavorless.

The brussel sprouts and cheese curd appetizers are reason enough to return. But the bread pudding desert? Oh yeah! Of course the drink options feel limitless. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been here many times over the past year and have always had pleasant experiences! I love their beer wall and the online/mobile food ordering system is very convenient and easy to use.
As far as food goes, some of my favs have been the buffalo chicken wrap, the skyline chili hotdogs, the pimento cheese dip, the Bavarian pretzels with beer cheese dip, and the tailgate burger (I think that’s what it’s called). I’ve only had mediocre meals a *handful* of times.
The service has always been quite good, too! Considering the servers aren’t meant to check on you all the time throughout your visit (like at a traditional restaurant), they still do a great job at making sure you’re comfortable and have what you need.
Overall, a great spot!
