Went with my family for a school night. They’re cold subs , smell delicious in my stepdad , said it was great. Pizza was probably 7 out of town, garlic knots were more like Hawaiian roles. Not bad. But you would think they’d be more like an actual knot. We’ll probably try something else again.

First time trying this place since we were in the area. We got the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the toppings were just not what we were expecting and it had basically no cheese on it. Ranch tasted like Walmart brand and just thrown together. The Sicilian pizza was okay but lacked flavor.

Well bless your hearts for replying! I know what y’all are used to up in NJ is a whole lot different than what we expect down here in SC (and it shows, especially in how you handle criticism. I couldn’t help but notice your snappy replies on other less-than-perfect reviews too.) I’m glad folks like the Sicilian, and I even said it was okay. It just needed a little more flavor. Maybe some salt, garlic or something…but that mozzarella chicken bacon ranch just wasn’t it for me. I guess what I WAS expecting was more quality-tasting ingredients. I guess I should have known better taking a recommendation to try this place from someone who likes bland food. Appreciate the try, though! ☺️

We tried the slices and Sicilian style pizza. FYI This is regular oven style pizza, not brick oven. Tasted fine on the slices. The white had no garlic so it was kind of bland. The Sicilian had thicker dough and it was crispier on the bottom than the slices. Maybe from oil or something. I didn’t like the sauce on the Sicilian, but the crispy bottom was a nice change from regular slices. Overall it tasted like pizza does. Nothing special on the toppings. It was decent but nothing I would go back and eat.

I went into Scotto’s Pizza in Myrtle Beach just wanting a normal chicken parm sandwich… and Anthony said, “Not on my watch.”
This man didn’t make a sandwich. He crafted a masterpiece. I’m pretty sure I heard Italian opera playing softly in the background while he layered that crispy chicken like it was the final scene of a cooking show. The sauce? Applied with surgical precision. The cheese? Melted to absolute perfection — not too much, not too little — like he’s been training his whole life for this exact moment.
When he handed it to me, I swear it had main-character energy. I took one bite and immediately reconsidered every life choice that led me to eat lesser chicken parms before this one.

Great place for slices, will be hitting this up again for sure! The NY was paper thin, had nice doneness underneath, minimal flop, good bite, & nice crispy crunch. The White slice mirrors the NY slice just slightly thicker.

Ordered a Chix Bruschett wrap. Ordered it with grill chicken and asked to make sure there was no cheese. What do I get once I finally get home. A wrap with fried chicken with cheese and some of the chicken was over done. Lesson learned. I won’t be back.

Scottos on a Friday night. A pissed off Uber Eats driver wanting to pick up an order and is told “10 more minutes” and the driver storms out of the place. An elderly guy arguing with the front cashier because he wants a Half this and half that pizza on a small and they say they only do half and half on large so he storms off. I feel like I am back in the Bronx and eat my Scottos special large pie with my family and I am thinking MAN I love this place. Awesome food and a little chaos is a plus!
