If you are expecting fast food fast…. DO NOT COME HERE! IT DOESN’T MATTER THE TIME. It takes FOREVER, ALWAYS!

AND IF YOU COME RIGHT AFTER KIDS ARE LET OUT OF SCHOOL, EXPECT A 30MIN WAIT.

*Oh, and expect to go to curbside waiting if drive-thru ALWAYS AND 15MIN WAIT IS THE STANDARD HERE. (Currently going on 20mins from when I ordered)

Drove 15 minutes to the store to pick up some orders. Was at the drive thru a good 30 minutes. Upon getting to the window they just give me the food, no thank you nor an apology for the wait. Upon getting home realized I was missing a 10 piece order of nuggets and my both my burgers were missing the bacon. Called the store to ask for a refund and the guy tells me they would need the food back. Of course I was not driving back another 15 minutes back and 15 minutes back home to give them the wrong orders back and have my family wait hungry all that time. Last time ordering.

This location takes 10x longer than the average McDonalds. You WILL be waiting drive thru for a solid 20-30 minutes. I have to say though, there’s a person who works at the front window who is incredibly kind and uplifting. I don’t remember his name, but he’s consistently positive, kind, and motivational. It makes up for the slow service that this location always provides. That guy is a gem. McDonald’s doesn’t deserve him.

so basically I was at McDonald’s and I ordered a Dr Pepper, small sprite and a Powerade and a Sprite but they didn’t give me no Powerade how forgetful and I’m pregnant and I need Powerade and I don’t have any Powerade so I spent all my money just for what for nothing I give them a zero star do better McDonald’s.

I agree this is the worst McDonald’s in el paso. I ordered 4 cheeseburgers, a 20 piece nuggets, and a basket of fries. When i got it delivered, there was only a 10 piece nuggets, the other 10 was missing. On top of that, all the food seems like its been left out for hours. Soggy, gross, cold, etc. I asked for extra salt on my fries and burgers, there’s absolutely nearly zero salt on either of them. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s experience in el paso.

I waited in stall #1 waiting for my food for a while! I’m not from the area, so I figured I’d stop for some food. It was around 2pm, as a fast food manager myself I understand that sometimes orders can take a tad bit longer- especially when youre understaffed. However, I waited for a total of 30-40 minutes in stall #1, nobody ever came out (despite another customer getting their food in the stall next to me), and I had to have my husband go in to get my food for me. After getting my food, I reach into the bag and my fries are not only barely lukewarm, but they’re also soggy! My lemonade was watered down, and my big Mac was smashed. Again, I understand being understaffed, but I’d at least expect warm food. Furthermore, I call in around 2:50pm the same day reporting what happened, and naturally I asked for a refund because of the long wait time and the poor quality of my food (by this point I’ve already thrown away my food because why would I keep a smashed burger and soggy fries). The lady on the phone had a bit of an attitude (not a terrible attitude, but a bit passive aggressive), and wouldn’t give me a refund despite reporting my long wait time along with the quality of my food and even stating that I have the receipt- stating that I would have to return the food in order to recieve the refund. I don’t really mind since my order in total was $10, but giving back the food? That is a HUGE no! Any food you receive cannot be taken back because it can be considered a food safety violation; depending on the employee, they could possibly reuse said items for different orders. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service I have received as a manager today, and I hope that the employees, managers, and cooks take this into account. Once again, I’m a fast food manager and I understand things happen, but if I’m going to be waiting in a stall for about 40 minutes, I’d expect my food to at minimum be hot and presentable. I would not recommend coming to this location.

I am very disappointed that this management does not provide the same service to customers that ordered through a third party like uber eats . We are customers as well even if we are not there in person. My order took 40 min for the driver to receive my food from the moment they printed my ticket order. My ticket was printed at 3:41 the driver arrived at 3:50 and they didn’t give them my food until 4:20. The driver expressed to me how they were prioritizing drive thru orders while I was messaging her about where was my order since on the app it showed latest delivery should have been 4:07pm. I didn’t receive it until 4:25pm.

What Happened to customer service? Customer just ignored with managers and employees focused on the screens by the food shoots. Several customers waiting for someone to turn around just for simple items and questions. The staff fills the bags, turn call a number, don’t even stay to see if anyone moves to the counter. Employee turns back to filling over order just bluntly ignoring the customer walking up or other customerservice tiring to get ketchup, their missing drink cup or whatever item needed. Do not even think about ordering at the counter either. Customer are just ignored the same.

SHAME ON YOU McDonald’s!!!

Rethink this statagy and start communicating with customers again. Train you managers and employees! Just food for thought.

8/28/25 Ordered Happy Meals for the Ninja Turtle/Hello Kitty Collab toys from this location and of course they aren’t available. Not the first time this happens at this location. Consistent poor service and they never have Happy Meal toys that are said to be available through the McDonald’s app at this location. What’s the point of clicking on the toy as an option when this location always gives you something other that what you selected on their app? You’re better off driving to other McDonald’s locations. This McDonald’s always gives old junk toys from a year ago!!! This is the 3rd time we’re given Sonic toys from 2024!!!

Literally worst Mc Donald’s ever.
I always give it a shot but every time it just gets me upset. They ALWAYS, literally always, mess up with my order. Mind you I don’t order a lot of things, probably just a coffee and that’s it. And they still manage to mess up with the order. Either wrong flavor, too strong coffee, or a completely different order. Not to mention they take the longest time for something that doesn’t take too much time.
Not to mention they always get to mess up your Mc Donald’s code rewards.
I’ve worked in costumer service too and it’s not that hard, it really is not.

Gave it too many chances, but it’s been like this for about 2 years minimum. I’ve been going to this location for the longest time and still, they manage to mess up. I’ve tried coming in during non rush hours in hope they would get it right but they also manage to mess up.

Please drive about 5 more minutes for the next location, this one it’s not worth it at all
