Nice crowded yet quick fast casual place. We had aalarge group of 9 and were accomodated easily! I had the ½ French Dip & a side of steamed broccoli. The beef was incredible, the sandwich was great and a good aize for the money. The broccoli was flavored really well and not overcooked which can be easy to do. The people ringing us out, bringing the food, g bussing were very warm and welcoming.

Just had the new Honey BBQ Nachos and will have to say they were fire. Only thing I would recommend would get a side of the honey BBQ. They dont drizzle enough on them in my opinion. But damn good.

Excellent food and excellent service. Restaurant is always very clean, the team members/managers are very friendly and service oriented, and after going here pretty regularly for the past year they have never messed up my order (hard to come by in restaurants these days). Always appreciated the team members going around offering refills, etc. Overall a great place to get a good meal for relatively cheap.

Food was good and timing was good. However, sitting there looking around, I noticed the decorative items on shelves were in serious need of being dusted/cleaned. If an establishment is going to have this sort of decorative items on display, the owner needs to make sure they are cleaned regularly. The tables and other areas were clean. I did not use the restroom so I am unable to comment on those.

We placed a mobile order and as of writing this, it’s taken over an hour, 40 minutes of which I have been standing in the store.

They’re blaming the wait on the volume of mobile orders, but that’s no excuse for how slow they’re moving, nor the lack of communication.

The salt in the wound? I had walked past my order multiple times while waiting, but despite it being a to go order, it was held behind the counter and not placed with the rest of the to go orders. This is something that could have been easily cleared up by anyone who had the impetus to inquire as to why I had been standing there for 40 minutes with no resolution, as if I just enjoyed standing there in my spare time.

Listen, I’ve worked retail, I’ve worked F&B, I’ve worked hospitality. Here’s the thing, when things get chaotic, instead of resigning to defeat or burying your head in the sand, it’s much better, for both parties, to lock in and execute everything in a timely manner – it’s when you neglect and ignore issues that things spiral. Between the slow, lackadaisical staff in the kitchen who couldn’t be bothered to the manager who couldn’t hold herself together to the others doing the menial work and therefore felt absolved of responsibility, it was a terrible experience and why I will continue to drive past McAlister’s Deli in the future and never give it a second thought.
The disorganized chaos needs to be resolved.

When our food arrived at our table, I did a little happy dance. Everything looked delicious, unfortunately it didn’t taste that way. My sandwich was too dry and in need of more honey mustard. Also it was very large and hard to eat, I would have preferred it to be cut in half. The salad was ‘no bueno.’ I’m not a fan of spring mix. I mean what’s wrong with romaine or regular iceberg? Who decided dandelion greens were better? It’s like eating ruffles, it’s just fluff. It’s definitely in need for something more substantial.
My daughter did enjoy her sandwich. It was the same as mine, except with cranberry orange sauce instead of honey mustard. However she described her mac and cheese as ‘family reunion out of Crock-Pot’ style. To translate the noodles were mushy.

Excellent service, clean tables, delicious food. French dip was very tasty and the tortillas soup warms my soul.

The Food we bought was top notch – took only 10 minutes waiting once our order was placed, however I did not appreciate being asked to tip the young man behind the counter for mearly handing it over to me … that said- I would use this store again …

This is the second time I’ve ordered a loaded baked potato from this location through door dash, the laziness of the staff to where they can’t cut up the bacon is ridiculous. This is not how it’s served when you dine in. Bacon bits not bacon slices.

All management keeps saying is sorry and thanks for bringing this to our attention, where is the compensation like other restaurants do? Ya’ll should be ashamed.

We are done with this McCallister’s location. We ate there on August 24 and were overcharged by around $11.00. The manager had to refund the overcharge to my credit card. We weren’t the only ones who had been overcharged, several others by the same cashier. When that happens more than once the cashier should be replaced. We went back today August 30. My spouse put in their order and i ordered the potato soup. My spouse received their food, and I was told they were waiting on the potato soup. My spouse had finished their food and still no soup. We should have been told when we ordered that potato soup was not ready or we should have been told when they delivered my spouses food that the potato soup was not ready and would I like something else. We had someplace we needed to be, so we had them refund our charge card for the soup. This location does not seem to be managed as well as other McCallister’s.
