I ordered ahead on the app and it was ready when I got there. Everything was accurate, hot and tasted great. Workers were friendly and engaging when I entered the store, and grabbed my order for me as soon as I entered. Overall, it was a great shopping experience.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant so I’ve been to many. You’d be surprised but there is quite the variance in quality from Taco Bell to Taco Bell. I’ve been to this one many times because it’s close to me. Their quality has been very consistent. I can only think of a handful of times where they either forgot an item (which they fixed without question) or had lower than normal quality like not properly filling a crunchwrap. And their staff has always been friendly to us. All in all, this location stands out above other Taco Bells I’ve been to.
I’ve tried the Taco Bell that’s just south of this location off Massillon Road a couple of times and never again. The difference in quality between the 2 locations is astounding and the one off Massillon is not worth going to, even if it’s closer.

Look at my cheese burrito, I bought four of them and they’re all the same, they’re completely burnt! How does this location have a 4 star? I’m furious. I just spent $50 on burnt Taco Bell food or hard. These weren’t the only items I got.

I just love their food. I usually get the boxes with different things inside. And a drink. The thing on this day was one person was running the whole place by himself. I waited a little while but the food was hot and good.

Prep less – more often.
Don’t use expired food.
Check your temps, Keep your food at safe temps.
Wash hands more and change gloves more.

I came to this Taco Bell because of the only place open off of Arlington close to my place. I asked for a very specific order and confirmed with the person who charged my card that my request was validated. Unfortunately, there was a major oversight on Customer request. I also asked for extra hot sauce, because I love hot ! Attached is a picture of my “extra fire sauce “ and now here we are. I just do not understand why such a simple process that was asked ended in such careless efforts. As somebody who has a job and lives their life with great detail, and satisfaction, why is it so hard to get it correct.
