EMMA did a great job ensured the way we wanted our meal ! We wanted well done crust of Mediterranean Pizza served freshly baked (warm) with perfect taste and balance of veggies ! Also she was patiently and cheerfully talking to us! I am definitely visiting this location specially because of her service ! Also we ordered unicorn lemonade drink lately but she ensured we get it along with pizza to drink! This small things made our experience best at this location due to her ! I am definitely visiting again ! Overall it Made our day wonderful!

The manager who assisted me with my order over the phone was not only friendly but also very helpful and accommodating. She exhibited remarkable patience as I deliberated over the menu choices. While the food was generally satisfying, I did find the fries to be a bit dry and lacking in flavor. Nevertheless, the service and the rest of my meal met my expectations. Additionally, I was excited to discover that they are offering pasta at a discounted rate throughout January, which is a fantastic bonus.

Last night we picked up an order and when we got home we were not happy with portion they gave us. Called the restaurant to let them know and talked to Jeff the manager and he explained the food sizes and offered to bring us another order to show us it was correct. The manger himself came to our place and delivered the food. We really appreciate the service he gave us and will definitely keep coming to the restaurant.

At first I was a little weary about this place because it smelled really bad and the prices are astronomical. But I must admit the food is really good and the service is great. But The price is just too much for food you could get at a bar, For basically half the price. I would give five stars but I won’t be going back just because of the price. I just ordered a small pizza and french fries and the bill was $43 they charge $5 just for a soda water.

Boston pizza is not a place I have very high expectations for. Chains are usually known to serve white mediocre food. but WOW! I was impressed. Went with a group of 6, our server Jack was great, very accommodating and checked in with us just enough – not too little and not too often. He was nice and easy to talk to. As for the food? Delicious. I ordered The Hungry Carnivore pasta, it was tough to finish (because the portion sizes are so great), but amazing nonetheless. Everyone else also enjoyed their food, no complaints. Great job BP.

Food was great, our server was amazing but OMG way too loud. A group of staff at a table on the bar side, right now, so loud and obnoxious, you can hear them on the restaurant side and in the washrooms. No one can hear themselves speak on the bar side. Customers are very aware they are staff. Not an enjoyable night for anyone except them. There’s loud and then there’s these guys. At least they’re enjoying themselves.

Ariana is amazing!!! Atmosphere and service top shelf! And you can’t go wrong with a greet $15 lunch special daily.! The staff is the icing on the cake! They are extremely personable and prompt. Cheers and enjoy!

We made a reservation at the restaurant on Saturday for Sunday at 4:30 for 12 people on the bar side. When we arrived, the hostess could not find it. No problem, we were seated fairly quickly. The whole party was there within 10 minutes. The server was wonderful, just a little frazzled, as she had a couple of large groups. The food came out slowly, 2 plates at a time. The server came by to check on us and realized that 3 of us did not have our plates yet. She went back to the kitchen and the rest of the food came out. The problem was that I had ordered grilled chicken tacos with a side of coleslaw, and the runner brought me fish. When I said “oh, I ordered grilled chicken”, the runner said “no, you ordered fish”. I just looked at her. She gave an exasperated sigh and said “Fine. I’ll have it remade.” I then waited 19 more minutes for my tacos, but they arrived without my side. I mentioned it to the runner who promised to bring it right away. I never saw her again. The server was a sweetheart and realized it as soon as she came to the table. She gave me a to go order with the box for my leftover taco. I ran out of time to eat it. Or bill was almost $500.00 dollars for the 11 people that showed (One child was sick)

Went for lunch and had the best meal! Our server, Kiersta was amazing. I ordered the Thai chicken wrap with cactus cuts which is my favourite thing on the menu. Would highly recommend:)
