I ordered Neangmyun, and it is amazingly delicious. However, I didn’t understand putting vinegar and mustard in disposable bins. You just need big bins that is more convenient and also good at environment. Prime Galbi was good, but the onion was ignored how to eat. Overall, the interior was fancy and service was good. Many korean people recommended this place. I love it.

Galbi was sweet to me.
Service is amazing.
A bit pricey but the food tastes great and with adequate serving size.
The prices here are on the higher side, but the meats and prepared food are really good. You are also served a large selection of banchan and each was fresh and flavorful.
The thinly sliced beef brisket, bulgogi, and short ribs were great, but the standout for me was the Yukgaejang. It’s a soup, consisting of a spicy red broth, glass noodles, vegetables, and beef. It’s spicy, but doesn’t burn or linger. One bowl can be shared with up to four people, or will make a hearty meal by itself.
As I mentioned, the prices can sneak up on you, the staff is super friendly, and the place is clean. Parking is valet only and cost $3.
Chosun Galbee is the place to choose, it’s been there for 20 years serving the best quality meat.
It’s an upscale restaurant, not cheap but it’s worth every penny.
For that special occasion come give it a try and you will be happy you did.
