I am writing because I am extremely dissatisfied with the refund I received for my recent order #66204. I did not receive the drink (a frappe) that I paid for, yet the only compensation offered was $2, even though the drink alone cost $6+, and my total order was around $15.
To clarify what happened:

The order included a frappe (charged at about $6), but I received none of that drink.

What was delivered: two chicken nuggets and the empty cup holders (just the straws), with no actual drink inside.

After reporting the issue in the app, I was credited only $2. This amount does not even come close to covering the cost of the drink — let alone the inconvenience and poor service.

If I were to order the frappe by itself again, the cost would be significantly more than what your partial credit covers — making this partial refund deeply unfair.

This situation is not acceptable. I believe I am owed a full refund for the missing item, or at the very least proper credit that reflects the actual value of what was not delivered. The $2 credit feels dismissive and inadequate, as if my complaint is being brushed aside. I have attached photos of the delivery (showing the straws, empty drink holders, and the nuggets), as evidence of the missing items. I expect a more reasonable resolution — ideally a refund or Uber credit that more accurately reflects the total I spent on this order.

Ordered curbside when they were taking 15 minutes for the food. After a few minutes i then went through the drive through to pick it up. Little did i know that the food was sitting right there next to the window and they handed it to me. Took a little while since the drive thru was full but once i got my food i thought that was the end of it. I had ate my food and had this weird aftertaste. I got home and the morning after i woke up with a nasty stomach flu. Please inspect your workers. I fear they may have undercooked the food or something

I ordered a Mcchicken sandwich for my daughter from the drive thru and it was not
fully cooked. I’ve called twice to speak to a manager but no answer.I’ve sent in a survey and explained the issues. No response.

If you like eating in a filthy dining area, then this location is for you. Bathroom is leaking, floors dirty, garbage bag on the seating area with filthy and dirty tables. From a management terminology, there was a lot of labor on the clock (young teenagers) but a clear lack of management to allow the dining area to look the way it did. Everyone was too busy talking and joking.

I had to send back a Mc Chicken because the bread had a black spot that’s was not a burn mark. Even the cashier was questioning the line cook who made it. First and last time for everything.

I have tried multiple times to give this location a chance to do better but evrytime they just worses and worse. Last night I stopped there and the food was just horrible. You would think that buy the where busy the food would be hot and fresh. But hell naw it wasn’t. The meat on the burger was really salty and taste really old and the french fries where hot but hard and you could tel that they recooked really old fries. The fries taste it like they were days old. This so sad that the management and ownership allow this to continue to go on at this store. This location need to be closed down.

This place isn’t very well organized and while some of the staff is trying, the attitude of the others ruins it.

We ordered on the app and it took 30 minutes to get our food. It During that time we were repeatedly ignored and blown off by the staff at the counter.

Put in mobile order, arrived at location 20 mins later, checked in via drive thru, got receipt 1st window, waited additional 10 min to be told at 2nd window to pull up to 3rd window basically they haven’t even started my order, i just asked for refund mind you it was not a complicated order 6 sandwiches 3 fries!
