To clarify what happened:
The order included a frappe (charged at about $6), but I received none of that drink.
What was delivered: two chicken nuggets and the empty cup holders (just the straws), with no actual drink inside.
After reporting the issue in the app, I was credited only $2. This amount does not even come close to covering the cost of the drink — let alone the inconvenience and poor service.
If I were to order the frappe by itself again, the cost would be significantly more than what your partial credit covers — making this partial refund deeply unfair.
This situation is not acceptable. I believe I am owed a full refund for the missing item, or at the very least proper credit that reflects the actual value of what was not delivered. The $2 credit feels dismissive and inadequate, as if my complaint is being brushed aside. I have attached photos of the delivery (showing the straws, empty drink holders, and the nuggets), as evidence of the missing items. I expect a more reasonable resolution — ideally a refund or Uber credit that more accurately reflects the total I spent on this order.

I had to send back a Mc Chicken because the bread had a black spot that’s was not a burn mark. Even the cashier was questioning the line cook who made it. First and last time for everything.
We ordered on the app and it took 30 minutes to get our food. It During that time we were repeatedly ignored and blown off by the staff at the counter.
