My husband and I stopped at a Pilot gas station to use the restroom and noticed there was an Arby’s, we decided to grab a quick bite. We were greeted by Cory and boy what a breath of fresh air! He was incredibly kind and welcoming, and honestly, this was the best fast food experience we’ve had in a long time.
We ordered the brisket sandwich and a Jamocha shake both were absolutely delicious! Even the mac and cheese was surprisingly good.
In a time when fast food customer service can be hit or miss (and often just plain bad). This location blew us away. Cory if you’re reading this, you’re awesome. Seriously, give this man a raise!

Jim was in the window and he was about his business! My mom poured her drink out and he politely said we ask that you not do that as it attracts flies and we don’t want that. Of course this made perfect since and we definitely agreed. But he was so polite and respectful about it and it showed he cars about where he works. I’m sure it a frustrating thing that happens far to much as we just don’t think of those things. But the amount of patience and respect he corrected something with was impressive. The food was hot and fresh as well and neatly put together! Keep it up!

William was the guy who took my order, he was excellent! Very good customer service. He explained the items so well on the menu as if he created them. Take care of employees like this they actually make your company look great!

Staff wasnt very friendly ,we ordered 5 ham sliders and some cheese sticks and they had to have us pull up front where we sat for nearly 15 minutes waiting for them to being our food out , during dinner rush I could see this but at midnight while they were not busy at all as you can see from the attached picture is a ridiculous thing! It would have been a 2 star review had my wife not had to get out and go inside to get our food.

This had to be the worst meal ive had in a long time!
I love their frys but I got what was leftover! They was hard and burnt up. Crunchy burnt . The roast beef tasted off. Why do restraurants serve bad food when they know people read the reviews.

During my recent visit to this Arby’s location via the drive-thru, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite ordering large Jamocha shakes, we were given small sizes, and the shakes themselves tasted more like plain vanilla than the signature flavor we anticipated. Additionally, the quality of the food did not match what we have enjoyed at other Arby’s locations. Given these issues, we left disappointed and do not plan to return.

Service was slow. Waited over 10 minutes for a sandwich and fries and they weren’t even very busy. When I finally got my order the fries were old and cold and had to ask for fresh ones to be made. Roast beef was still pink but didn’t bother asking for it to be remade. Lobby was clean and staff was friendly. Between the time that I was waiting for my order and eating inside at least 7 customers had a problem with their order. This took away from the atmosphere.

Would leave zero if could. Came in at 1025 ask a blond girl how late Breakfast was and she replied 1030 so stand in line all for cashier to be rude and say no Breakfast even when you still have hashbrowns to sell. Amazing how lazy our wold is. There wasn’t even any other customers.

Looked online to see what the hours were, google said that they were open 24 hours. We walk in and the lobby is closed; pull in through drive through and get completely ignored by the worker. The we tried to call 3 times and got hung up on every time. Finally asked for a supervisor and they stopped answering the phone calls. Would not EVER recommend this location especially because of the lack of professionalism
