They were able to handle our large 20 person group pretty well! Enjoyed the food, ambiance and quick service of this restaurant at the heart of the Grove. Calamares were cooked to perfection, soft inside, crunchy on the outside.
Pasta was cooked well and the Cream sauce was great!

We felt lucky to be seated for dinner during the Christmas holiday season, when the shopping center was absolutely packed. I got the Chittarine Bolognese, which was excellent — the pasta was perfectly al dente, and the bolognese sauce was nice and hearty. My wife and daughter split a Margherita pizza and a salad, which were also very tasty. Service was fast and very friendly, and the atmosphere is quite elegant. We had a very enjoyable time!

First off, great friendly staff. Food is tasty, but definitely lots of salt. The margarita pizza was decent. The only issue though is their utensils / cups / plates are simply not clean. Not sure if they need a new dishwasher or so, but there was lipstick on the cup and the forks and knives had crap on them.

The pizza here is very good! We felt a bit underwhelmed by the gnocchi as it was a bit bland but it was still good. The service was kind of slow even though the place was pretty empty, we had to wait quite a while to get some Parmesan and to get our check. The staff were nice though.

The food was expensive and bad. Pizza Diavola was undercooked (raw, chewy dough) and had 6 pieces of Salami on a whole large pizza. The chicken did not taste good either. The only reason I am giving it 2 starts and not 1 on the food is because we did not get food poisoning. All plates were chipped which is a food safety violation. Server refilled our half full sparkling water glasses with plain water without asking…

Just avoid this place.

We had both pizza and pasta, and everything was delicious. The service was warm and attentive, and the freshly baked bread came to the table perfectly warm. Sitting by the fountain made for a delightful setting on a summer afternoon — a truly enjoyable dining experience!
Highly recommend for a family or date night.

I should checked the menu before settling in not knowing this place is not a legitimate real Italian restaurant. Our food did not come out exactly as ordered. They did fix after the fact. I had ordered pepperoni pizza. I requested powered garlic for my pizza. They tell me they had no such condiment. The waiter then tells me they only have fresh garlic. I have been to hundred of Italian restaurant all over the country. Mostly in NYC. There are certain condiments that go hand in hand with pizza. Chili flakes for one onion powder and garlic powder! How do these people claim to be an Italian restaurant and not have those basic items on hand for customers? And especially they’re serving pizza and pasta. The person who loves Italian food I’ve never been to a place that didn’t have any of those items very disappointing. The bill was extremely high but that’s not a problem. The problem I do have is that you spend all that money there and they portray themselves like an upscale Italian restaurant and the bathrooms are disgusting dirty filthy puddles of water everywhere even by the urinals and everything else. It was disgusting. Prisons probably have better cleaner bathrooms than what I experience at this place. They failed miserably and I’ll never ever go back there again.

Came here for my birthday dinner and the atmosphere and service were great. The food was pricey for what it was but I understand needing to up-charge due to location. Before ordering the pesto, I asked if it leaned creamy or oily. The server said it was on the creamier side, and it was very oily. Ended up just eating some of my partners dish (the rigatoni with vodka sauce-it was amazing) and boxed mine up. Probably wouldn’t go back but it was a fun experience.

The food was pretty good but so overpriced! No way should I spending 12 dollars on some sparkling water! My pizza was pretty good we got the cheapest one 23 dollars which was a pretty reasonable price. The place was nice though, a band was playing near the water fountain. Seating was pretty good not very crowded, but it did take a second for a waitor/ waitress to come over to our table but once they did they were attentive. Overall not bad just make sure when you go you just got your pay check recently.

Let’s set the scene:

A beautiful exterior, romantic glow, chic patio — it looks like the kind of place that should whisk you away to Italy for the night. But once you sit down and the plates arrive… well, let’s just say the magic fades.

We were four people, and here’s the real tea: all four pasta dishes were underwhelming.
• My friend’s ravioli? Way too salty.
• My bolognese? Tasted canned, not like fresh, lovingly simmered sauce.
• The “fresh pasta” they proudly market? Didn’t have the taste or texture to back it up.
• Our other two friends? Same verdict — unimpressed and underwhelmed.

The only saving grace? The pizza.
But even then, I’ve had better pizza at less expensive spots, where you’re paying for flavor and craft, not just the Grove address.

Service was okay — friendly enough — but here’s the truth: no level of polite service can fully rescue a meal when the kitchen falls short.

⭐ Final verdict: Beautiful setting, average-to-poor food, not worth the price.

Come for the ambiance if you must, but don’t come expecting a pasta revelation.
