I pulled up to the kiosk to order food to be brought to the car and eat in the car. I was told that I could not order from there that I had to get on the drive-through line which was miles long.
There were customers getting orders at the kiosk where you order at the kiosk and get food delivered to the car why I wasn’t allowed I don’t know
I got on the drive-through line. I had to sit there for a long time got up. I gave her my credit card placed my order. She directed me then to go over to parking spot number two.
there was some irony in this because I was not allowed to order at the kiosk for delivery to the car, but I could order the drive-through wait on a long line be said to a parking spot where they would bring my food out to me
I sat there for several minutes at which point the cashier who had taken my credit card came out and said my credit card was declined. I told her there was no way of the card was declined that I knew how much was available on the card and it was three figures there was absolutely no way the $30 order was declined.
She took my card. It went back inside and the order was processed correctly. At that point she thanked me and told me to have a good evening. I said I never got my food.

I was eating in the car so I didn’t move my car. I sat in that same spot to eat.
The same gentleman who brought the food out to me, approached me about 15 minutes later and said is there a problem with your order I said no he said well you can’t sit here. This is a parking lane for drive-through customers.
I had to put my food down and move to another area to eat. I was eating talking on the phone talking to someone in the car with me for a good 35 to 40 minutes at no time was parking spot number two Used so there was no reason to make me move.

I ordered a grill cheese sandwich with fries and coke. The grill cheese was very fresh and good. Tge fries were overcooked and hard. The cashier was very knowledgeable of menu and fast service.

I work from 5 o’clock till 2 AM in the morning this sonic is open 24 hours supposedly whenever I get off I’m looking to go for a hot meal so I can get home and get in the bed whenever I get here to the drive-through they tell me that they are closed. I feel as if they are sitting on the clock getting paid for free. There was one time I did call And the manager assured me that she would look into the issue. I went again that night I called and they were open. I ordered a number 11 with tots. My chicken sandwich was old. The chicken was not fresh. The chicken color was dark. I asked for tater tots I was giving fries. I didn’t even pull back around to confront the issue because it was already late and I was tired Wanted to get in the bed Memorial of this don’t go at night.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Sonic Drive-In tonight. I sat in the drive-thru line for an unbelievable amount of time just waiting for them to finish taking the previous car’s order. The line barely moved, and no one acknowledged the cars waiting behind them. After wasting all that time, when it was finally my turn, I was told they were CLOSED.
How are you going to let cars sit in line that long instead of simply coming outside or putting up a clear notice that you’re closed? That is completely inconsiderate and unprofessional.
To make it worse, the manager, Dajiah, completely ignored me. No apology. No explanation. No effort to handle the situation. Just dismissed. That kind of attitude from management explains exactly why the service was so terrible.
Customers’ time matters. Sitting in line just to be told you’re closed is unacceptable. Corporate will absolutely be getting a call about this experience because this level of disrespect and poor management should not be tolerated.

GOT A OERO BLAST HAD PEANUT BUTTER CUPS IN IT!!! THATS A SEVERE HEALTH HAZARD! Lucky I’m not allergic lawsuit in the making! Went and parked at a stall at 900pm. Waited for 5 minutes just to get told stalls close at 8 (no signs saying so) got my burger and it was so greasy the bottom bun was soggy. Had a long hair in my tots as well. They forgot my drink had to remind them. Absolutely terrible service never again!

Ordered a single cheeseburger meal, 3 shakes, and 2 blasts. It was not busy (a little after 2pm). They forgot to put cheese on the cheeseburger. Then they took well over 20 minutes with no other items delivered. I walked to the door and was ignored, but watched for quite some time while my order sat undelivered on the counter. I finally opened the door and let them know the burger wasn’t correct – and was met with annoyance.
Eventually someone attempted to bring me the ice cream-related items (no burger), but everything was melted and absolutely disgusting looking. I explained that given how long they had been sitting there, and the fact that they were melted, I would like for them to be remade. The employee, after walking back inside, was clearly agitated, which made me concerned about getting my order either quickly or correctly. (How dare a customer actually want what they ordered!) At that point I just asked for a refund. It was overall a disappointing experience. I won’t be back.

Oh my… I don’t know what happened that day but we bought 2 burgers and they were in our opinion not cooked enough at all. The meat was pink, soggy, mushy, wet really. The bread was soaked. I can’t figure what happened here. It’s like the burgers didn’t complete the cooking process at all. It seems like they had been in a pan of water. It was so gross. We were in town at an appointment and had to go so we couldn’t go back. This was a bad experience with Sonic! This was a lot of money spent for food that went right back in the bag and then into the trash can. Couldn’t eat it at all.

Sat in the Mobil order pickup area for over thirty minutes before seeing someone who arrived after me receive their food, called the carhop over to be told they are really backed up. Terrible service, way to long of a wait and way to overpriced for the little amount of food and overalll experience.

Seriously the service is trash went to a stall because the drive thur was backed up a city block and I was told stalls were closed i had to leave the store go down the street turn around come back down the street to get in line to wait a hour for online half my order

The stalls close at 8 o’clock, even though there is no signs put up anywhere. And you can still check in on the app and it will not let you know that the stalls are closed. We waited for almost an hour today for three drinks and there were several other cars that did the same around the 45 minute mark I went up to the door and started knocking on the door only to get ignored by several employees. I open the door only to receive nasty looks. Just asking to talk to somebody. After another five minutes, I open the door again and somebody came out there and said that the order has been sitting in the drive-through line for 45 minutes and how did I not know the stalls were were closed and I said because we could still check in on the app and she let me know that the sonic app has nothing to do with the actual sonic restaurant so they have no idea when an order is placed through the app which I have never heard of before. And there was no way that she could control a refund or do anything different.I watched her make the drinks and her hand was all over the lids of the drink with no gloves on and the floor looked disgusting from what I could see. overall 0/10.
